5.00Great service from Kadek — he was always on top of everything, making sure we knew exactly where to go and at what time. His communication was clear, friendly, and super reliable throughout the whole trip. We felt completely looked after from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company more. They run everything professionally, the team is attentive, and the experience was stress-free and enjoyable. They truly are the best, and I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

5.00Wonderful Service, it was requested several times if all the dates are correct when booking , if the taxi driver picked us up, etc. On site everything went in an orderly manner we would be led directly to the ferry and because we crossed with suitcase to Nusa Penida we were ushered past the line that had to go up the stairs for control. Only when disembarking in Nusa Penida was it a bit tricky to push past the outside wall of the boat to get off the boat. The luggage was already waiting for us on land.
