Create your very own chopsticks at the Ginza workshop in Tokyo. Take home a unique, one-of-a-kind set of chopsticks as a special souvenir. Choose your chopsticks from 20 and above types of wood and 2 lengths to start the experience. Place the chopsticks on a stand and shave them with a plane. Smooth the tips and edges with sandpaper, then finish by applying oil. The experience takes about 1 hour. You can take your finished chopsticks home the same day. Optional name engraving is available for an additional ¥1,100. English-speaking staff are available to assist you.

5.00It was great! This was much cheaper then many others we saw on internet so we were a little afraid. There are a lot of extra fees if you want to change the wood, or engrave, but the basic experience is also very nice. The place is nice and clean, and our chopsticks were beautiful at the end. A great thank you for Tina, best japanese English speaker we crossed in Japan, she was very nice and delicate with us. She took the time to stay with us and answer all of our questions. It was great! 5.00Located on the 9th floor of a small highrise building, this experience was fun and laid back. There were no price gotchas. We opted for the 1100 yen engraving which turned out very nice.

5.00À very nice experience, the place is very near Ginza metro, hidden in modern building on higher floor, the people are very welcoming and nice, explain clearly in English, no bad surprises on prices or taxe, lot of choice of wood depending on extra budget.
