We joined the Oohlala Cruise from Port Denarau and sailed almost 2 hours to Savala Island, and honestly… it was worth every minute. The moment we stepped onboard, the crew welcomed us like family super hospitable, always checking on us, always smiling, always ready to help. They even played volleyball with us on the island, which made the whole experience feel so warm and fun. The food and drinks were amazing. Like seriously fruit juice, wine, and beer on the island?! What a treat! We loved the fresh fruit, the coconut cakes/biscuits, the tea and coffee, and of course the delicious lunch. Everything felt homemade and full of love. We enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, and just relaxing to the sound of the ocean. The island itself is paradise quiet, clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to disconnect. The music made it even more magical. Pana, the guitarist, is incredibly talented, and the onboard singer added so much vibe to the trip. Imagine eating good food, sipping wine, watching the waves, while live music plays in the background perfect. The whole day felt like a dream, and we were genuinely sad when it was time to go. This is an amazing group of people who run an awesome tour. The island is beautiful with an amazing reef to explore. We had a great day with the staff.I highly recommend their services. It was a smaller group with better service than the competitors.

This tour was offered through Holland America cruise. It was so well worth it. Very organized boarding. Lots of assistance available and offered for less stable customers. So friendly and helpful with every step of the trip. Excellent snorkeling. We saw 20+ species of tropical fish. And so many. The guide pointed out the big clams . Such a treat. The lunch and beer was excellent! Good value for the money.

Amazing day trip! There are so many options in Fiji but this was 100% worth it, I have no negatives at all. It's limited to around 30 people, the smaller group means it doesnt feel crowded, you get more time with the crew sharing their knowledge and there is more space. Also a smaller group for snorkelling. The day itself was perfect, the island was beautiful with great snorkling and we got to feed the fish! We had a delicious lunch and then another swim. The crew were attentive and friendly and sang songs to us on the way there and back. There is plenty of shade on the island, as well as toilets and a shower.

This was a terrific experience and well worth the price. There were not too many people and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. With two coeliacs we were particualr about the food options and we were well catered for. The staff (especially Steve) in the water were attentive and helpful. On shore Asilika was great and gave an excellent massage on the beach. Highly recomended!

This was one of the best days of our holiday. The crew could not do enough for us. Food and experience was fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a lovely day on a secluded island with pristine clear waters

The boat trip to Savala Island was absolutely incredible. With only 10 passengers and the crew onboard, it felt intimate and exclusive — we were treated like VIPs from start to finish. Drinks and delicious food flowed all day, and the crew kept us laughing with music, stories, and fascinating insights into the history of Fiji. We went on a guided reef snorkel and swam among countless fish — we even spotted Nemo and all his cousins 🐠🐟! A heartfelt shout-out to Pana and Steve — you are both simply the best. If you’re ever in Fiji, don’t miss this cruise. It’s fun, personal, and unforgettable. Vinaka vaka levu to the whole team! From Bernice & Tatum (14 October trip)!

Had the best time, our own private island, small group size, amazing snorkeling, excellent food and drinks and the most amazing, caring and friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend for an unforgettable day out.

Fantastic day out with the family, beautiful little tropical paradise, yummy food and great Fijian hospitality, humor and warmth . We had the entire island for ourselves (group of 20) for a day filled with fun . Since we boarded boat we felt instantly with good vibes , shortly after , teas , coffees , cakes and soft drinks were circulating on this beautiful boat .on arrival we settled had some amazing photos, then we went for snorkeling, what a beautiful place , amazing experience, this was then followed by BBQ lunch , beautiful and tasty with beers and drinks unlimited. Lots of activities were available for kids and adults ( kayaking , boards , volley , kids activities..etc) Overall, fantastic day out with authentic Fijian experience.. Highly recommend for memorable fun day . Thanks Oolala
