Walk through Dotonbori street with its huge billboards, hundreds of restaurants and food stalls selling local foods including the famous Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki.
Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street
A 150 meter long shopping street lined with specialty stores with every cooking utensil and kitchen item available. This arcade with its variety of appliances, tableware and cooking accessories provides an interesting counterpoint to the nearby fresh food market at Kuromon Ichiba and can also be a good spot for picking up some unique souvenirs.

5.00We greatly enjoyed our tour of Osaka with Yuki san. Her patient introduction to the local sights and castle were greatly appreciated. She was very flexible to our pace and to where we wanted to take the tour.

5.00I went on the walking tour with Yuki and it was wonderful. She showed me around Osaka and all the beautiful natural nature with touring the castle as well. It was an amazing tour. She was thorough and knowledgeable and very very kind. It was the kind of Tours I wanted to get a taste of Osaka and see the beauty it had to offer. Yuki was amazing patient and extremely sweet. I would recommend her tour to anybody who wants to see Osaka.

5.00We had a great tour with our guide Yama. He met us right on time at our hotel and led us on an informative walk through the city to the train station and we arrived soon at Sumiyoshi Tanisha Shrine. He explained the proper etiquette as we were approaching the entrance and pointed out good vantage points for beautiful pictures to be taken. He had a great sense of humor and took us to some wonderful market places including a fish market with incredible seafood vendors. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had during our tour. I would definitely recommend this tour and Yama made this tour a wonderful experience while we were visiting in Osaka.

5.00We took a private tour of the Osaka Castle and Shiennoji Temple with Yuji-san our guide. He was very knowledgeable and told explained the history and layout in details and kept us interested. Shared some interested facts about Japanese history. GLAD we did the tour privately as we were able to move around at out own pace. We finished ahead of time to he walked us to Tsuyunoten Temple a fund diversion... followed by a meal at an Izakaya in Umeda Osaka where most office worker have lunch.. and tried puffer fish. It was overall a fun experience.
