From pick up at cruise port to drop off this was a great day. Ben was one of the best tour guides we have had. He knew his way around and imparted historical and local knowledge in an easy to understand way. Ben's advice on how to feed the deer was great, which meant we weren't swamped with deer like some others. Great to try some street food for lunch and while we were wearying he tailored the rest of the day to meet our needs. Got us all back to the port on time for departure.

Visit to Nara was fantastic. The place was magical walking among the deer. The temple's stunning architecture and peaceful atmosphere convey a deep sense of history and spirituality. We ended the experience at majestic Dotonbori. Our guide was amazing. He has extensive knowledge of the area and shared fascinating historical and cultural insights. He organized the tour perfectly. I highly recommend him (Ben) and this Osaka tour.

We have booked multiple private tours across Japan. Somei was by far the best tour guide we have had! He is friendly, accommodating, with impeccable English, and a true kind spirit. There is an hour commute from Kyoto to Nara and back from Osaka and he makes it seemed too short. He is knowledgeable and an incredible companion. If you book a tour with this company, request Somei. We hope he starts his own some day!

Ben was a delightful tour guide. His English language skills were very good and he was easy to understand. He met our group promptly at the port in his spacious air conditioned car. We got a wonderful introduction to Osaka and Nara and learned so much! We ended our tour in the Dotonburi area before getting dropped back off to the port.

Yujiro (Ben) is a very kind, hospitable and knowledgeable tour guide. Throughout our visit, he shared fascinating insights into the rich history of Nara and Osaka, as well as the cultural distinctions between Shrines and Temples. His passion and enthusiasm for his work are truly inspiring and reflected in the way he conducts the tour. In addition, Yujiro has a great eye for photography and knows how to capture each moment with beautiful photos and videos. It was a truly memorable experience! Highly recommend!

This was one of our favorite tours while we were in Japan. Our guide was so helpful and kind and we loved having the private vehicle for the day particularly since it was so hot and the air conditioning was such a relief. He showed us so many awesome places that we never would have found on our own and the tour even provided us with ice cold bottled drinks along the way. Would highly recommend!
