Slip through Namba: hole in the wall bars/eateries, as well as Kuromon seafood market. (If you want lunch/dinner after the tour, we'll recommend delicious local restaurants too)

We did the 6:30 tour and our Tour guide Rat (which is his nickname) was such a gem. He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and well versed with the city. This was the best d decision we made as a first introduction to Osaka.

This was the first of two tours in Osaka, and it was a great experience. Our local guide was charming and enthusiastic about sharing her city with us. We learned some fun history about Osaka-especially the Osakans and their fanatical baseball fans. (I will never think of Colonel Sanders the same way again!)
