Never deal with Viator again. My emails advising of delayed arrival went unanswered. Your operator at your help line said I had to phone a number not shown on website. The number she gave me did not work. You kept emailing with old arrival schedule even when my responses above and below same email showed my new schedule. You did not show up at time I requested but I paid in full. Was able to reach your driver who came and picked us up but required me to pay him again. I have paid double. You should refund us.

Driver had a van for all 6 of us and our luggage. Driver had good communication with us and was waiting in the arrivals lounge. Dropped us off at our hotel door
