1.00We could not understand our guide. We went to places uninteresting to us like the library. Could have been a good tour but the guide basically ruined and wasted our time.

3.00Expected guide to have a plan about places to go. He didn’t. Kept asking what we wanted to see. We don’t know the non touristy places. Then after the tour I got a notice to pay the cab which I offered to do at the time. That is a cost of business was that. Astor should absorb.
