Using your phone, you'll solve 11 puzzles leading you across modern and historic Oslo, from the Royal Palace and Parliament to Akershus Fortress and the City Hall. Each challenge unlocks stories of medieval battles, royal secrets, and the path to Norwegian independence, including Oslo’s connection to the Nobel Peace Prize. Every clue reveals a new layer of the city’s proud and dramatic history.

The Nobel Peace Center in Oslo, Norway is a showcase for the Nobel Peace Prize and the ideals it represents. The Center is also an arena where culture and politics merge to promote involvement, debate and reflection around topics such as war, peace and conflict resolution. Here you will have to look around to find the answer to our challenge to advance to the new location and learn the story of this place.
Oslo City Hall
Oslo City Hall is a municipal building in Oslo, the capital of Norway. It houses the city council, the city's administration and various other municipal organisations. The building as it stands today was constructed between 1931 and 1950, with an interruption during the Second World War. Here you will have to look around to find the answer to our challenge to advance to the new location and learn the story of this place.

5.00Cool little challenge to help you explore central Oslo. Game took us a few hours but we did lots of side trips which extended it by half at least. Great value for money.

5.00Excellent activity! We were on two tours around Oslo, walking and on bus, walked around ourselves. This Questo activity took us across all places we've already knew and then to some we did not find previously. The best time spending before leaving the city.

4.00One of the instructions for the next spot was probably wrong or at best very unclear. Otherwise a fun way to get to know the city and its history. The riddles aren't very challenging.

3.00Some historical sites, and in general a nice city in general, but there are plenty of more interesting places to visit in Norway. Construction work and the never ending maintenance of roads in the high season ( summer time ) isnt a thumbs up for tourists. Also experiencing a lot of NGO beggars in the street, which is more than annoying when they are as aggressive as Red Cross or Flyktninghjelpen.

5.00We enjoyed the Questo App as it took us around Oslo. Learning the history was exciting, Some directions were a little off but we were able to find our way. I wish there was a way to download the transcript to review the history at a later time and help the little ones remember what we learned.

5.00I loved how simple and yet really interesting the app was, going around the city and have plenty of little information on everything, going at your own pace and enjoy the surroundings!. Great app will definitely use it again
