  Great tour company. Did 2 excursions with them. Did the whale shark excursion and the Cebu city and uphill tour. Our driver Angelo was amazing for the whale shark tour. It's a long drive there and back - almost 9 hours of driving. But well worth it. All aspects of the tours were organized really well. And communications with the company were fast and smooth. Great response time despite the numerous times I reached out asking silly questions. Would absolutely recommend!!

  The organization was exceptional! From the coordination via messenger (flexibility, information, and support) to the attention to detail during the activities. We were picked up from our hotel for a day of snorkeling in Oslob and Moalboal around 5 a.m., and within 10 minutes we were there, where Thea, our guide, was waiting to take us around Oslob. Thea was simply amazing: meticulous, polite, explained our itinerary in great detail, and was helpful with all our requests. Organizator even provided towels, which was a real help, and we're especially grateful for that! Overall, Cebu Tours is an excellent tour operator. I highly recommend them for all your Cebu plans; you won't regret it!

  Our family was in need of a private transfer from Sumilon Island back to Mactan. We used this tour company for the transfer along with setting up whale a whale shark and canyoning tour. The process to book was easy and straightforward. A week before the tour one of our kids broke their arm. The company was very responsive and helpful in ensuring we could alter our trip / excursions to accommodate a child in a cast by removing the canyoning and adding additional snorkeling to see the sardine run and turtles. The guides and driver assigned were fantastic. I highly recommend this tour and company to anyone coming to Cebu. After years of working in the hospitality industry, I have to say, their responsiveness is one of the best I have seen around the globe.

  Excellent trip got to see waterfalls, whale sharks, sardines and turtles. The operators had the timing down for the queue at the whale shark viewing so you were off eating breakfast and to a waterfall, then back when your time to go was up. Well run

  An Unforgettable Day in Cebu – Whale Sharks, Tumalog Falls, Sardines, and Sea Turtles! We had the most incredible experience with Wilson, Paula, and Ray’s tour service—hands down one of the best day tours we've ever taken! From start to finish, everything was seamless, exciting, and full of breathtaking moments. Whale Shark Watching & Tumalog Falls in Oslob: Our day started bright and early with a pickup right on time. Wilson made sure we were comfortable and well-informed before heading to Oslob. Swimming with the whale sharks was absolutely surreal—a bucket list moment! Paula helped us with all the logistics, from our gear to our GoPro rental, breakfast & lunch and made sure we were safe and respectful of these gentle giants. Afterward, we headed to Tumalog Falls, and wow—it felt like stepping into a fantasy. The water was cool and refreshing, and the falls themselves were majestic. Paula thanks for the memorable photos and knowledge of marine life! Moalboal Sardine Run & Turtle Spotting: Next stop: Moalboal. Ray, our guide for this leg of the journey, was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about marine life. The sardine run was mesmerizing—literally thousands of fish swirling around us in perfect harmony. And yes, we saw not one, but multiple sea turtles gliding gracefully through the water! It felt like we were in a nature documentary. Thank you Ray for the endless videos of marine life. Once again Wilson thanks for providing the tour service and driving us back to our hotel safely. Throughout the day, Wilson, Paula, and Ray were not only professional but also super friendly and fun. They provided water, snacks, and even took photos/videos so we could just enjoy the moment. Highly recommend this tour service to anyone wanting to see the best of southern Cebu in a single day. They truly went above and beyond.   Our experience with them from inquiring till end of our stay in Cebu was outstanding. Day 1 airport pick up to airbnb. Bobby was our driver. Very friendly and very engaging. He is not shy to have small talk which turns into a very long story telling about Cebu. We learned a lot about Cebu from him within a very short ride to our airbnb Day 2 PRIVATE: Oslob Whale Shark Snorkeling + Pescador Island with Sardines & Turtle Driver: Allan - same as Bobby, friendly and not shy to engage in conversation Tour guide : Glaize - very nice person. Very patient. Me and my sister bombarded her with silly questions yet she always answer each and every question with a smile. Whale shark snorkleing: one of a kind experience. The boatmen where nice even helped us taking photos and videos under water Pescador island: outstanding experience. Saw a lot of sardines and had experience upclosed encounter with a turtle. The boatmen were very nice to look for the turtles immediately after we dropped off the water and they took me to places were a lot of coral reefs Day 2 Charter service within the city Driver i think his name was Jomz. He is okay. Day 3 Private: Bohol Countryside Day Tour with Loboc River Cruise from Cebu w/ Tour guide Bohol guide: Noel and outstanding guide. He has a lot of input to each and every locations we went to Floating restaurant: really goood foood!!! And unique experience Chocolate hills: i loved the ATV while looking at chocolate hills just bring cash so you can do the ATV. Bohol is a very nice place I suggest to spend time rather a day tour. Day 4 Bantayan Island Day Tour with Virgin Island Hopping Tour guide: Not that impressed with him. We liked the tricycle driver more, he acted more of a tour guide. Day 5 charter service going uphill. Driver:i think his name is Abam. His approach is very professional but still we felt very friendly with him Day 6 airpot drop off. The driver was Ricard. My mom didnt like the driver he didn’t even try to initiate helping with our luggages. Good thing the security guards where we stay at helped with the luggages. Overall their service was outstanding their team were superb except Richard and the tour guide in Bantayan Island.

• Early Wake Up for Snorkeling experience

  It was a really nice experience even though we had to get up early. The driver Ludz was very considerate and we felt 100% safe with him. The Sardines and turtle snorkeling was the definite highlight.

• Would never recommend nor use them!

  Would never recommend this tour company when in Cebu! Book the tour for the 3rd of Jan. 2023, but realised on the day that we are booked for the 4th of Jan 2023. Immediately after realising the wrong date, we message the Cebu tours via email at 3:30 am to cancel the booking and never get a response. We called the Cebu tours at 9am Philippine time as per their opening hours, but no answer. We have kept calling them time and time again and they have finally answered at around 10:00am. We have explained the situation, and they have requested proof of our request. Only to received an email from them saying they are not going to refund our AU$ 459.00 or 17000 peso. We have contacted them prior to their so called cancellation policy of 24 hours. So on the 4th of January they have made a sum of AU$459.00 or 17000 peso for doing nothing. Our hard earned money and saved months and months to enjoy our holiday only to be ripped of by this company. Better check before using or booking this company as cancellation policy doesn't apply to them. They must be using different cancellation policy which is whatever "suits" to them policy! I would never recommend nor use or refer them!

  The staff were very good. We were picked up promptly by driver Bobby who was very efficient. And the lovely Yanzi met us at the location and escorted us to various spots. The whale shark experience was a bit chaotic and although the briefing states not to touch or be within 5 metres it was impossible not to as the boats were quite close. I’d recommend hiring the GoPro as the boat guys do it all for you and get amazing videos/photos. It’s a very long day but worth it for the experience.
