Oudong Temple
Oudong was the royal capital between 1618 and 1866 before the capital was moved to Phnom Penh, several temples and stupas cover three hills. These huge stupas can be seen from miles away and contain the remains of several Khmer kings including King Monivong (1927-1941) and King Ang Duong (1845-1859). The walk up the hill over 500 steps provides an excellent exercise especially the view countryside view. These hills were also the site of some of the Khmer Rouge’s most prolonged resistance against the Vietnamese army in 1979 and a memorial to those murdered by the Khmer Rouge was built on this place.

5.00great value with experienced guide tokk who explained the history of each site. we covered many sites beyond the main oudong and phnom baset. also great lunch at a local non touristy restaurant with a chic vibe. the driver was professional too l always picked us up on time. overall highly recommended. arkun

5.00Silong and Nora were a great combo for us. They were really funny, informative and well versed in the history of Cambodia. We had a great tour and excursion throughout the day and were able to experience this without many tourists so it felt like we had the whole day for us. Overall 10/10

5.00Mr. Tokk was a phenomenal tour guide! We really enjoyed visiting the temples. They were beautiful. Mr. Tokk is very knowledgeable about all periods in Cambodian history and we left the tour with a deep understanding of Cambodian history and culture. 10/10!!

5.00A private tour, with a guide. The guide is no nosense person with wealth of knowledge and explained everything in detail. Be repaired for 500+ steps climb to the top. That's a start, and if you opted for the entire journey you will be climbing more steps. :) The view from the top is amazing and the temple itself is worth the visit. The food stalls are full of Cambodian delicacies, but I did not try any as I was not feeling well. The guide took me also to Vipasana Meditation temple. Spread over vast area and much to see too.

5.00We took a private tour to Oudong Mt. Mr. Ching & Mr. Tuk were very knowledgeable and attentive. They provided cold drinks and cold towels along the way which really help because it was so hot.

4.00Amazing view from the top. You can see the nature up there. there are basically a religious pagoda uphill, so recommend to wear appropriate clothes and comfortable clothing and shoes for better walking

Our family had a great day visiting the many sites with you and were grateful you could answer so many of our questions ranging from ancient history, religion, and modern politics. The Khmer lunch was very tasty and the guides were helpful in finding us American preferred style of toilets.
