5.00Joana's Yoga classes in Rio de Janeiro at Garota de Ipanema Park and Barra are something to cherish. Joana's Hatha, Vinyasa Regenerative, and sound healing sessions offer something for everyone. Joana has a very organic method, challenging the students by knowing their needs! She lives what she teaches. I felt welcomed and empowered in every class, and I highly recommend Joana to anyone seeking a holistic and revitalizing experience!

5.00I took a class with Joana Passos and the experience was excellent, calm and relaxing. She conducts the practice super well, respecting the limits of each body and making delicate adjustments when necessary. I highly recommend and intend to do new practices with her soon!
