Our Guide will meet you outside the local market and depending on if you have already had breakfast then he will bring you inside the cooking area where you will try some local food in the market. then walk over to the part where you will but gifts for your family.

Here you will travel from the town of manzini which is about 55km away, then you will reach the village and learn about the life of the people of eSwatini, learn the culture through your trusted local guide, after that you will have some light lunch and after you will relax and wait for the afternoon, where you will visit the local family then meet them and chat with them as well try the local click language. And after you will go back to our home where you will spend the night and you can head over to the sunset walk where you will relax as the sun goes down. Come home to a nice cup of coffee and tea, and biscuits. before your dinner and sit around the fire before going to sleep.

Our Second Day in the Village.

Early in the morning there is a wake up call, you will take a nice walk to the view point through the village , this will give the best feel of the community, and this is the best time for the villagers to start work such that if you want to go and help then this will be the best time. But however this depends on the each season, its got its own chores. Once we come back from the walk then we have breakfast and possibly go visit the local school which is 5 min walk from our hour- primary school and you can help teach the kids. for an hour or two after the school visit then you can go back and start packing by this time we head back to MAnzini if you don't want to stay till mid day and go help families.

I did a day trip to the village and had a terrific time. Moxy was an excellent guide and everything was well organised. It was a great way to see real village life and spend time among the locals.

My trip to the Swazi village Kaphunga was the best way to experience the Kingdom of Eswatini and learn a lot about the culture here! The village is not far from the major town Manzini where Myxo - the manager of this tour agency - picked me up at my hotel and gave me a personal introduction. Then, he introduced me to Bobo who was my guide during my stay at Kaphunga. He taught me some expressions in the local language but he speaks English well, so there were no missunderstandings. I spent 2 nights in a traditional Swazi hut. Even though it was basic, it was comfortable, had a good climate inside and protected me from strong rainfall which may occur there in summer. Bobo and his colleague Loisi prepared good food for me, there was enough to eat and they take care of hygiene as well. Bobo explained me a lot about the life in rural Eswatini which is very different from the life in a European country - and it was fascinating to hear about every aspect of the life here. Bobo walked with me through different parts of the vast village and showed me retail stores, fields and a rock where I had a beautiful view over the whole region. The highlight was an exciting soccer match with several teams from the region where I got the chance to talk to some people from the village. They were very nice and seemed to really appreciate having a visitor from Europe. Thank you so much for all of the impressions in Kaphunga, I will never forget this authentic tour - no staged performances as dances are shown here, you see nothing but the real life which is most interesting for me. I can definitely recommend the tour!

I have had amazing experiences during my roadtrip through South Africa but this experience might be the most memorable one. The trip to get to the village Kaphunga is challenging and starts off like your typical African road adventure. Luckily the guide Bobo was there to guide me through the narrow mountain pass. Upon arrival in Kaphunga. I was rewarded with the most beautiful views and delicious homecooked food on open fire! This visit to Swaziland was special! Guide Bobo and Louazi are true rockstars making sure you are immersed in Swazi culture by visiting local schools, an amateur football game and wandering through the village. I stayed for two nights but I could have easily stayed there for a few more nights as the country is packed with friendly people, amazing nature and adventures. I will come back for sure!
