Coagh Patrick seafood is owned by Padraig Gannon and his family for 25 years growing oysters on their property on the shores of clew bay exporting all over the world

Every day over the summer months Padraig invites you to come on his tour of the oyster beds to show you the process of how they farm the oysters over the 3-4 years it takes to cultivate an oyster then up to the processing area

How they are prepared for export with a tasting session on the terrace over looking the shores of clew bay this is a wonderful unique experience when visiting westport
