  A wonderful day, our guide Olga is very friendly and explains so well thanks to her we had a beautiful excursion. The bus very comfortable, driver number 1. The sights visited were really interesting and really beautiful. If I had a few things to improve it would be to give Kourion an extra 15 minutes because the site is beautiful. I really recommend this tour

  I was notified that pick-up would take place 7.45 on the day of the trip at the Golden Star hotel. The phone rings when I stand waiting and says I have to walk to the main street about 400 meters away. I go there and then the bus driver yells at me that we are now delayed because of me. Extremely rude. The organizer refers to that he was stressed lousy excuse when we were on time if the driver Loui... drove to the designated pickup location. However, the guide Olga was fantastic and knowledgeable. The tour was nice albeit in the longest team. Interesting to learn more about the history of Cyprus. My advice to others double check pickup to get a better start to your trip than it was on mine.

  A wonderful day exploring Cyprus and visiting many historical places. Olga the tour guide was exceptional, warm friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My mum and I thought it was our favourite day of our holiday.

  Great tour and excellent guide. Olga was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for you. The stop offs had a good duration and instructions of when to come back and get back to the bus were clear. Totally recommend this tour.

  This was our second tour with them. Pick up was right on time. Guide & driver were very good. Got to see another part of Cyprus- Curium Amphitheater, Pafos including mosaics at House of Dionysos plus Rock of Aphrodite. Highly recommend this tour

  This tour was on 18 September 2025. Unfortunately, this trip was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior and lack of professionalism of your tour guide, Albina. During the first stop of the trip, Albina explained the meeting time incorrectly in English. As a result, when my friend and I returned at the time she had stated, we were shocked to find that the bus had already left, leaving us behind. A professional tour guide should always ensure that the group is complete before departure, but she failed to do so. When we contacted your office, we were already very upset, as nothing like this has ever happened to us before despite being frequent travelers to many different countries. Upon rejoining the group and explaining that the incident was unacceptable, Albina raised her voice at us, turned her back, and dismissively told us either to stop “wasting time” and get on the bus, or simply leave the trip if we were not happy. She did not even attempt to apologize for her mistake. On the bus, she deliberately embarrassed us in front of the other tourists by asking them if her instructions had been clear, directly implying that we did not understand because she had spoken in English. This behavior not only humiliated us but also wrongly suggested that we were at fault, while she avoided taking responsibility for her error. For the rest of the trip, Albina deliberately ignored us whenever we tried to address her, even though she responded normally to other participants. It is also worth noting that another couple from the United States approached us during the trip, confirming that they too had a negative experience with Albina and intended to file a complaint. Additionally, her explanations and commentary throughout the tour were dull, unprofessional, and far from the standard one would expect. The actions of Albina seriously damage your company’s image, as tour guides represent the face of your services. Therefore, I kindly request that you take strict action regarding this matter. I will be following up on this complaint and escalating it further if necessary, as I believe no customer should pay for a trip only to be treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. Unless corrective measures are taken, I regret to say that I will strongly advise my friends and network against booking with your company. I will also have no choice but to leave a negative review on Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Google) based on this very disappointing experience.

  A really good and educational trip. Our guide was really good at telling both with stories while driving and when we were at the different locations. Unfortunately there were 2 participants who did not control the time and therefore did not come with the bus from the first stop, which is why we were going back after them and lost 40min, which we could well have spent in Pafos, as it was a little pressured with time - we did not reach lunch, but had to settle for an ice cream. Had we had the last 40 minutes, the tour would definitely get 5 stars. However, you must be prepared for a lot of driving, especially if you climb in the protaras or ayia napa.
