You're are going to meet the host at our office and your journey in the Communist past of Romania will start. We'll take you inside the palace , , sort out the tickets , the guide will be introduce to you. After more then one hour inside one of Europe's most impressive buildings you will see with different eyes this amazing , and yet not fully discovered part of the old continent.

Tour is indoors so rain or shine is ON

To access the venue everybody has to carry and official valid ID card (EU members ) or passport for security check. Driver's license is NOT accepted , basically the same documents accepted at the airports. . Any person without document will have the tour cancelled automatically without the right of refund.

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the tour starts, we will need a bit of time to check you in , verify the ids/passports .

Easy to book and to find the meeting point. Tour company purchases the tickets for the tour and escorts you to the Parliament. Overall, inside the Parliament is huge and official tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Nice, social and funny guides, good knowledge and experience.

You get to see a few big empty halls with opulent decorations. You don't see the members sitting chambers. The guide had a good command of English but a very strong accent. For someone a bit hearing impaired I picked up about every 3rd word and didn't get much out of the tour.

The Palace of Parliament in Bucharest is an absolute must! You must have seen this with your own eyes to grasp the delusions of grandeur of the communist regime, as well as its immediate surroundings. What was a bit striking was that we had to be at the meeting place at 2.30 pm at the latest so that we could be in the building at 3 pm. We finally only entered the building after 3.15pm with the guide because of the strict access control. The tour lasted 1h punctual and around 16h15 we were outside so we were just in time to do our bike tour (16h30 start) in the neighborhood. Highly recommended to do!
