Excellent driver experience at Palermo Airport

5.00The communication was excellent right from the start. There was never a question about where or when the driver would meet us at the airport. We have used other services where you wondered if a driver would really be there. Such a nice reassurance. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was polite and efficient on the drive to the hotel. I would use them again.

5.00Francesco went above what was required this morning to assist us in getting to his car. Due to an event at the Palermo Cathedral he was denied access to the street for our pick up. He walked to us to assist with transporting our luggage. He is an excellent driver and very engaging. We stayed in the historic district of Palermo which is a challenge for drivers and he knew the best way to get us to the airport in plenty of time.
