  This was an experience I have been waiting a long time for. The day was beautiful, Jose our guide was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and willing to stop and answer questions. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better experience.

  Passing through the Canal was a bit of a bucket list item and this tour really met my expectations. The guide and staff were super helpful and informative. Breakfast, lunch and a snack were served and all were tasty. These were all also really well organized by calling groups based on bracelet color. These were also used to efficiently get us on buses back to Panama City at the end of the day. The travel through the Canal was interesting... even the down times of waiting at the locks (beyond tour company control) were not too bad. It was a bit crowded in the morning but much nicer after the half transit group disembarked. The only frustration was, after arriving early and standing in line for check in, then having groups turn up and be given preferential treatment to board first.... and so they also claimed the primo seats.

  The experience was great! Be prepared for a twelve hour day. And bring snacks if you don’t want to purchase them on the boat. It was an awesome experience and Jose (our guide) was phenomenal. He spoke both English and Spanish which was very helpful. He also answered any and all questions. Would definitely recommend this tour!

  Amazing experience made more exciting by the extreme weather conditions on Carribbean side. The guide onboard was very knowledgeable about the area and gave a full account of the history to the the background of this incredible fete of engineering.
