  This experience was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone to do. They do a very good job. They take you halfway up the canal, but you want to both serve you a great lunch and take you southbound. It’s about a five hour trip, but you have an amazing experience going through the locks and the canal.

  A well-organized and interesting tour. The guide shared a lot of facts about the canal and the freight moving through it. Lunch was tasty and plentiful. There were seats in the sun, the shade, and inside with AC. And you could buy cold beer. One thing to note, the timing is dependent on the schedule of the large ships — our boat had to wait at the locks and the tour didn’t end until 4:30.

  The waiting to enter canal was too long and boring. You just sit and wait till you can enter. There is nothing to do during this time.

  Well organized. Food for lunch exceeded expectations, it was good. Friendly and courteous staff. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Compared to other boats we saw, I thought we had the best size and accommodations.

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Nice canal trip, but hard time hearing the guide.

  It was an interesting trip down the southbound part of the canal. I found the sound system to not be very good. The guide cut in and out so we missed a lot of what he was saying. If you’re interested in the history and the experience of going down the canal, you will enjoy this trip.

  This was a really cool experience. It was the best way to see the canal. However, the meeting spot was very hard to find, the directions were not clear on the ticket, and it was hard to reach customer service. The number provided takes you through an automated loop and makes it hard to speak with an actual person. The people were very kind when we arrived though, and we enjoyed the experience a lot.

  Great tour. Awesome guide. Food is excellent. Complimentary sodas is great. Good beer. All workers are very friendly and helpful.

  Extremely interesting commentary enabling guests to understand the workings of the Panama Canal. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Panama. I would consider this a “must do”. The lunch was tasty and filling and the unlimited soft drinks and water was appreciated in the humid and hot conditions. The inside air conditioning on the boat was valuable.

  It was a worthwhile trip to see an engineering marvel. There was a lot of just waiting, as we had to wait for a big ship to cone along because the locks won't operate just for a tourist boat. Can be crowded so it can be hard to get a clear view.

  Very excellent tour well ran. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke good english. I would say the only small negative was not enough signage to the meeting point it is a very small building that is not marked very well.
