1.00We booked this for a pickup and private tour. The guide got in an accident and wasn’t able to make it. They still transported us. We asked for a refund for the guide portion because there was no guide and they said no. Unacceptable.
We had no guide, canceled while we’re were in transit and already st the pick up site.

1.00While we were in route to the pick up site we were emailed the guide had canceled. We used the pickup service to travel to the canal but had no guide and had to guide ourselves.

1.00I met a fraud. When I book a tour, no one comes. My trip has been ruined. It's a waste of time and money. Never use it. I doubt that the management company is also reviewing the report. We will never allow this to happen.

From the very beginning, the punctuality of the service was impeccable, arriving on time and with a very professional attention. The comfort of the transportation was remarkable, with a clean and comfortable vehicle. Additionally, Alexis, who provided the service, was extremely attentive and kind, ensuring that everything was perfect.
