Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much educational information about the local culture, cuisine, and history — it made the experience even more meaningful. She was also very accommodating with our schedule, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a lot of fun and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

1.00We waited outside our hotel for 30 minutes and they never showed up. We were only in Panama for two days and they ruined our entire day. I would not book with this tour company.

1.00Guide didn’t show up, and didn’t respond to multiple messages. I confirmed 8 hrs before the start. No answer. Then several attempts upon arriving, no answer. A day later, got a text that they lost their phone. Surely this could have been communicated to the company and to me in a timely manner. First time a Viator trip when awry. Not a bad record, but super annoying never the less.
