During the rainy season, the pick up time should be earlier probably around 7 AM and not 915. If we have been picked up earlier, we could’ve done a lot more before it started to rain in the afternoon.. definitely take water shoes and a change of clothes.

From the talented, knowledgeable, and amusing tour guide, Ruben, to the nurturing, cultural, and welcoming people of the Embera community, nothing fell short! My family and I have never experienced being in flora and fauna in this way so it was beyond amazing to be able to eat, DELICIOUSLY COOKED meals and fresh fruits prepared by the strong ladies, and bond with them through their music and dance. You will have all five senses met!! Following a filled belly, and a new sence of appreciation, we visited the water falls, wear comfy hiking water shoes! As an avid swimmer, the fresh water felt somewhat a challenge to navigate, however, Ruben, was always present to pull us through and take our pictures. We HIGHLY recommend this tour!!

Very nice tour that brings you an excellent experience in a native community of Panama. The river walk to the waterfall was lovely too. The food at the village was great! We recommend this tour.

The Embera Tribe Tour was such a unique and memorable experience! 🌴✨ Our host, Phillipe, was amazing — super helpful and made the whole day smooth and fun. From the jungle canoe ride and learning about Embera traditions to a refreshing swim by the waterfall, it was unforgettable. 💦 The tribe was warm and welcoming, and lunch was delicious! 🍽️ Tip: Wear comfy shoes, bring cash, and get ready for a little adventure. 🚣🏽♀️🌺
