5.00Amazing Experience – Highly Recommend! I did the Embera village and waterfall tour during my stay in Panama City, and it was honestly one of the best parts of my trip. The visit to the Indigenous Embera community was beautiful and eye-opening, and the waterfall was so peaceful. Lunch was really good too. Our guide, Orlando, was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. I would definitely encourage anyone visiting Panama to do this tour. It was unforgettable.

5.00I took this tour in September 2025 as a solo traveller. This tour was one of the highlights of my trip!! Despite a bit of rainy weather, we had an amazing time. Orlando was an incredible guide. Even though I didnt know anyone else on the tour, he made me feel included and like part of the group. The waterfall was an unforgettable additional touch. A short hike through the forest for a picture-worhthy view. Speaking of pictures...Orlando took some great ones all along the way. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for an immersion cultural experience with a touch of raw nature. 10 out of 10!!

5.00Would 100% recommend; the canoe trip down the Chagres River was other-worldly whilst the visit to the Embera Village felt authentic, sensitive and like they were genuinely happy to have us visit. Orlando was an excellent and fun guide. The waterfall is beautiful.

5.00The best tour I ever took!!! Kareem is the greatest tour guide I ever met. The tour was not only a learn experience nuts group of people that from the get going really embraced each other and we were the United Nations. The village was fantastic, the natives so nice a warm and the FOOD was perfection. Not only take this tour but try to book it with Kareem. FO NOT MISS THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!

5.00Visiting the Embera Village was truly the highlight of my Panama City trip. The boat ride along the river was breathtaking, offering a serene and scenic journey into the heart of nature. Meeting the Embera tribe was an extraordinary experience — their openness and generosity made learning about their traditions, culture, and way of life deeply moving and inspiring. The VIP lunch they prepared was delicious and heartfelt, and being invited to join their dances after watching their performances was unforgettable. Their handcrafted items were stunning, each piece reflecting the artistry and spirit of their community. The Embera people are humble, welcoming, and full of color, leaving a lasting impression. Special thanks to Phillippe, our local guide, whose warmth, knowledge, and passion made the day even more memorable. This experience is one I will cherish forever, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Panama.
