5.00I booked this trip very spontaneously , 1 day ahead of my big birthday 60. The trip was beyond expectations. The guide Phillipe was wonderful and he even bought a birthday cake. We visited an Indian village and Phillipe organised that the Indians danced for me and they all congratulated me. They even made me a hibiscus headwreath. It was an awesome experience seeing how these Indians live. The Indians gave beautiful dance performances . Another pleasant surprise was that one of the guides was making a mix of rum with honey and lime. This was too good. Had never tasted this combination before. We went to the waterfalls and the Indian guides were very much paying attention to all the visitors and guiding us to the waterfall . Phillipe was so attentive by taking lots lots lots of pictures . This was my big birthday number and I felt that I wanted to do something different . This experience was so good and I felt that God looked after me

5.00This was such an incredible experience, seeing, learning, and participating with the Emberá indigenous! Ruben, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic and a gem of a personality. He taught us about the history of Panama, and about the Emberá communities. The tour itself consisted of a stop at the market, travel by a long motorized canoe, trip to the waterfall and then village. It was 7 hours in total, but flew by and I had wished it was a little longer :) Our lunch was also incredibly delicious and I enjoyed myself plenty!

5.00What an awesome tour! We had Phillippe as our tour guide who was fun and high energy right from the start. The Embera people seemed genuinely happy to have us and share their lives with us. Just an absolute great tour!
A must do day trip when in Panama City!

5.00We had an amazing time. Huge thanks to Kareem who made this trip very memorable. What a guy!!! The people of Embera are super sweet. Their hospitality was very touching. Lunch was awesome. Everything about this trip was a five-star experience. If you think about whether to do this or not, don't think. Do it, and you will not regret that decision. And oh.. bring the swimsuit, and take a swim at a waterfall. You'll love it.

5.00Great experience! We were wonderfully welcomed by our guide Clement. The latter did everything to make the excursion go as well as possible and it was successful. We could see a waterfall and swim in it. We discovered an outraged community and soaked up their way of life. I highly recommend this activity.

5.00I had an amazing experience on the tour with Ruben to the Emberá indigenous tribe. From the beginning he was very friendly, professional and knew a lot about the culture and history of the place. The river canoe trip was beautiful and reaching the community was something very special. The people of the tribe were very welcoming, they taught us about their traditions, their music and their way of life. Ruben explained everything very patiently and made sure we all enjoyed the experience. It is certainly an authentic and very well organized tour. I totally recommend it to anyone who visits Panama and wants to know more about the indigenous culture Emberá

5.00Clement, Ruben and Jorge took us on a very enjoyable trip from Panama City to an Embera Village and a visit to a beautiful waterfall. We got to see an absolutely beautiful unspoiled part of the world going up the Chagres River to the Village. I would definitely recommend this tour to others. The tour guides were a wealth of knowledge and our driver Jorge got us through the busy traffic of Panama very safely.
