4.00This was a great ride and discover tour but there is no eating! There is NO FOOD so…it’s a simple ride. Title of this tour is deceiving so, that wasn’t the greatest. They do have e-bikes which were fun but not geared to smaller women - no Dutch style e-bikes were available so they were big and heavy.

5.00Stephan was very attentive and shared a lot about Panama culture and history. It felt like riding with a good friend. He was very personable. We got to see so much from the old city to biking around to the Panama side.

5.00It was a very nice trip the guide Stefan could super German as he was from Hamburg. He explained us a lot about Panamá and the old town, explained all the questions very well. Can you highly recommend would always book this tour has taken a lot of time for us for photos questions etc.
