5.00The ride was just 8.6 miles long but did include a significant incline that was a good challenge and got our hearts pumping. We learned quite a bit about the city, saw some nice sculptures and views, and stopped to feed the black-necked geese. Overall very enjoyable.

5.00Thomas, our guide was wonderful. The ride is nice to see park, river & then a climb (moderate) to San Cristobal Hill for panoramic views. We had stopped at a pond to feed swans. Thomas was very knowledgeable & personable! He was prepared with water & sunscreen for his clients. We also stopped at a snack hut for a Chilean favorite drink. We would recommend this tour for the adventurous!!

5.00During our holiday we often find it very worthwhile to do something with the bike. Because then you can easily obtain impressions but in combination with a guide you can also immediately learn about the area and ask questions. Everything came together in our ride with Tomas! Super friendly he explains everything during a ride he has put together through part of the city, the park and then the bike recreation walhalla Parco metropolitano. After the ride Tomas gave us his favorite list with nice coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots but also music! Super cool and thank you so much for the nice day Tomas!

5.00Recommended tour. Tomas was an excellent guide, very informative about the places we went to and also recommending other things we might want to do in Santiago. Cycling up San Cristobal is a little challenging so be prepared!

5.00This was a must-do experience in Santiago. The area had lots of bike paths and cyclists, so we felt very safe on the roads. The route was a perfect was to see some very pretty mountain and city views. The bikes were very comfortable and easy to use. Agustín was an excellent guide and was very attentive; when he noticed that my daughter was less familiar with cycling and high temps, he slowed the pace and offered to walk some of the steeper climbs. He provided water for our ride, history about Santiago, and recommendations for other sites to visit. It was an excellent experience.

5.00This was a great way to see some of the city on our first day. Thomas was a great guide. Provided information and kept a good pace. Great views from the top of the hill and Thomas made great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Recommend this tour.

4.00Mauricio was amazing, great knowledge and passionate. Going to the MUT was not part of the plan but a great experience. He also made us work in the hill 😀 Improvement opportunity is the equipment. Some helmets were wet and some damaged but we found good ones. Bike gears on both bikes were difficult, slipping uphill. Suggest they service the bikes more regular and test before using them for customers.

5.00I really enjoyed the chance to get out and explore a little more of Santiago by bike. Tomás was an excellent guide and his knowledge and enthusiasm to share his city was exceptional. I definitely recommend the tour, and Tomás as a guide.
