  The tour company operator is in Cancun, not in Veracruz. Read the details since it was misleading when I booked: times, pick up, stops and it’s not a traditional hop on hop off. I had to fight to get an $8 refund which I am babysitting now. More time spent getting resolution that if I took the tour. There are other options in Veracruz.

  We could not find the bus stop or any agent in Vera Cruz . All the maps have it in the wrong location finally as we were about to give up I saw an umbrella and an agent hiding behind the booth eating . We bought the tickets and had to wait over an hour for the next bus. No wonder there were only a few people on the bus. We were told to go to the Oxxo shop and the bus would come. It did arrive. We were not given head phones. I had to ask for one and it was plugged in on the seat behind. The commentary was poor and kept getting cut off. The music was long and loud and un pleasant. Why is it necessary to deafen us with that sort of music. I would not recommend this tour.

  I don’t know who is recommending this tour or giving it 5 star reviews - it is terrible. Even though you get an online ‘ticket’, you still have to go to the meeting point and then be given your wristband when on the bus. We were told to wait by an OXXO for the 12pm bus, only to be told that the bus wasn’t coming until 1pm, and then 2pm. We were also told that the English audio was not working, only to find out that it was working. We ended up using the bus to get us closer to our hotel (we got off at Playa Mocambo). Finally, although this is a hop on / hop off tour, do not expect to see buses frequently. When we got off at Playa Mocambo, we were told that the next bus wasn’t for another 2 hours. Please keep this is mind when planning your day.

  We did not have a good experience. The English translation was broken so we didn't get any information. Additionally, it went out and back on the same route. No additional things to see. Finally, the stops were not clearly marked to know which attractions we could hop off to see. There seemed to be only one bus so if we got off we had to wait a full hour for the next one.

  We have road many on and off buses around Mexico so this wasn’t our first experience. Only one bus runs so wait times are very long between stops . We were given ear phones for translation but they didn’t work well at all so missed a lot of the history. Driver was very helpful in telling how long we had at each stop only 3 stops if you include the meeting place. Each stop was 3 hours to explore. I would recommend it if you aren’t doing another city tour but otherwise I wouldn’t do it again.

  Fine, though I expected more. There's only one truck. We had to wait more than an hour to be able to aaliry.It was not possible to get on and off at the sights. I was never informed I had to reach the seawall to board. I assumed it could be addressed in the sites listed on your page. I had to ask the locals to find out

  Very interesting and illustrative guided tour. The operators, very nice and friendly people. It is suggested to wear plenty of sunscreen, a hat and long sleeves if you want to enjoy the panoramic view on the roof of the bus.

  We got to take the bus because the girl told us that it leaves every hour and while we are there they leave for us during lunch time and until 5 o'clock the driver returns (it was annoying because we already had a plan and other things paid for that day, in the call She was able to mention that and she did NOT do it) then we asked for support for the refund and they did not give a solution...

  The prices seemed very affordable to me, we paid $425 per adult and $335 per child, it is the tour on the turibus, and the entrance to the 5 attractions of the Aquarium Plaza, on the nturibus, in addition to going to the most representative places in the city, You can get off and on as many times as you want at any of the stops throughout the day, at the stops there is access to the beach and other tourist places and you no longer spend on transportation and there is no need to worry much about the schedules, there are departures every hour

  This was a great way to see the sights of Veracruz. The views are wonderful and the seating was comfortable.
