5.00Kalid was great. He was waiting for us when our plane landed and got us to the Ferry just in time to not have to wait an hour for the next one. Ending up booking him again for transportation back to the airport. Would use this company again!

1.00I submitted a reservation from St. Thomas airport to Red Hook ferry for 5 people. Immediately got a response from Viator that my reservation was pending but then, nothing for 4 days. On the 4th day, I got an email that they declined our reservation - they gave no reason. If they just don't want to do it, why didn't they tell us that in the first place?

5.00We have used Kalid as our driver the last two times we have visited the islands & he is great! He made us all feel welcome & gave us history behind the areas we drove through. He always made us feel special giving us door to door service! And always right on time or early! Will always be calling Kalid for transportation on St Thomas!

5.00Big Moe, Abraham, and Prince were spectacular in transporting our large group from the charlotte Amalie ferry to Red Hook and back. All our drivers were friendly, professional and we had great conversation both ways. If you have 2 persons or 150 persons, Paradise Taxi and Tours USVI are the ones to book!

5.00Perfection from the start. Nancy was amazing. Called 5 minutes after our flight landed to let us know she was there and to call back when we have our bags. We did and there she was. We had a great ride over to the Red Hook ferry terminal, quick and easy and Nancy was catching us up on what’s happened on island since our last visit years ago. I wish that’s where this review ended but unfortunately my wife left her phone on the back seat of the van. We noticed this right as the ferry was pushing off to head to St John where we were staying. We called Nancy and she located the phone and I was going to just catch the next ferry back to Red Hook to grab it but she said not to worry. She said get checked in to where we were staying and she’d personally give it to the captain of the ferry to deliver it to the St John ferry ticket office and call when she handed it off. She did exactly that and we strolled down to the docks and there was the phone in a nice envelope with our name on it. Truly a savior and turned what could of been a horrible start to vacation into the exact opposite. Nancy is the best and we will be forever grateful for her kind service and will be using her whenever we return for sure!
