Paragliding is one of the most exciting activities in Chamonix. Enjoy a paragliding tandem flight over the Alps. You will 15 to 30 minutes just in front of the Mont-Blanc, Europe's highest mountain! This flight is the perfect way to get introduced to paragliding. While in the air, you can admire the wonderful and unique views of the Alps and their summits. Your pilot might even let you try piloting yourself!
Thanks to our professional instructors, you will be able to do this activity safely. All our instructors hold official french paragliding teacher certificate, and subscribe to a full insurance, which is valid for both you and them.

MEETING POINT: in front of the cable car ticket office. We do not have an office or desk there. Just wait there and the pilots will come.
Minimum age is 4 years
Please do not carry a big bag during the flight. Only very small bags are allowed.
Please provide your weight in kg. Max weight is 100 kg
Best time to fly in summer: less than 40kg: ask for an early time: 8 am or 9 am
Best time to fly in summer: 40 to 60kg: book a flight until 11 am max
Best time to fly in summer: Above 60kg: you can fly all day
Total activity takes about 1 hour
If weather (wind or rain) does not allow a safe flight, you will be refunded
Be at the meeting point 10 min before. Buy your ticket for cable car (one way , about 18 euros)
No need to write or call us to inform that you arrived. Only do so if you are late.
Pilots might be up to 10 min late. Don't worry, they will come and look for you.
Keep you phone with you, as we might try to call you if we don't find you
All our pilots speaks English and French. Some speak Spanish as well.

You are going to do a paragliding tandem flight with one of our certified instructors. This flight takes off from Plan Praz and will last 15 to 25 minutes, depending of the wind conditions. If the flight from Plan Praz is not available (weather or closure of the cable car), you will have choice to fly from Plan de l'Aiguille (+20 euros), it's a super nice flight, or to cancel your booking. ! From September 18th to October 20th , the Plan Praz paragliding takeoff place is closed (due to cable car maintenance), therefore we will fly from the Plan de l'Aiguille. The meeting point in this case will be at the bottom of the Aiguille du midi cable car. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information !

5.00This was truly the best experience of my life yet, I went on the 21st of March, the solstice of spring and I was reminded of this by the amazing tour guide and expert in paragliding instructor Jean Philippe. The experience was very professional and I must say that after rewatching the video provided (with extra cost), my hair was flying in the instructor’s face the whole time and for this I want to apologize. Next time it’s better to have it tied up so it doesn’t dangle in the wind infront of the instructors face. The meeting point was very easy to buy the cable car tickets and the instructor provided a locker space for my bag. I would definitely do this again if I were ever back in Chamonix!

FYI- IKON pass holders have access and don’t need to buy a gondola ticket; don’t bring your own helmet, dress warm, wear stable shoes. Thank you Richard & Laurent!

5.00In Chamonix they teach primary school children to paraglide. You see all types flying above the valley including old guys like me. So beautiful, majestic, and peaceful in the air. My guide Sandie was a competitive flyer and now does tandem flights so all can experience mt blanc, the glaciers, and Chamonix from above.
