Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

3.00This was a great ride when the bus ran timely. We waited at the stop near The Louvre for more than 30 minutes and finally called an Uber. Everyone a bus came close it would suddenly disappear from the app! Disappointing considering the cost.

1.00I didn’t get to go on the cruise got cancelled and I never got a specific time as to when I needed to get to the spot and that it was not 24hrs like they said. And they said they would refund me and they never said when I will get it if I do get my money back.
Bus tour good. Book River cruise elsewhere.

4.00Good connectivity to each attraction. Convenient way to see must see spots of Paris. Giving 4 stars because it would have been nice to have a reverse route as well, otherwise depending on where you stay, you may be waiting for hours to see your spot. Overall highly recommended.

3.00It was okay, better than other Big Bus service in other cities. The operating hours are less than I would hope for giving the traffic in Paris. I was stuck in the bus too long. The hours are from 9:00 to 5:30, it should be longer. The price is high but it is probably a good way to see Paris.
