Eiffel Tower

1.00Sadly, this was a Viator fail on the same day as another “no show” tour guide. We’ve always had stellar success with Viator, our experience with them in Paris was a 0-2 success rate. The meeting point for the Big Bus Night Tour was changed to another location far from the one indicated on our confirmation. We’d paid for an Uber to reach this location and didn’t learn about the change of meeting points until well after the time of the excursion. Crickets from Viator.

1.00We are still waiting for our money back as all correspondence on this tour had a different meeting address to where we we actually meant to meet and we were not the only ones there were a our 15 people waiting at the address specified..

2.00Lousy! They send you to the meeting point in Arc de Triomphe fo and you lose half a tour. No one waiting at the meeting point to explain or support the client
Wrong pickup point given by both tour operator in confirmation email and app ticket.

1.00Very disappointing, after confirming pickup point prior to day and app ticket confirming pickup point, arrived on the day at allocated time to a scrap of paper taped to the bus stop saying pickup would occur at another site 30 minutes walk away.. no time to get across to new point for boarding so we missed out on the tour. Several others in the same situation, so not a one off.

3.00We are announced the Arc de Triomphe meeting to see a taped paper that announces that finally it is at another stop (45 minutes walk)...! Very professional, not a cat, no one who picks up such and fortunately we showed up 1 hour in advance, otherwise it was definitely canceled because there is only one departure...

5.00Absolutely LOVED this tour!! The timing of it was fantastic. We had great audio commentary of all the locations, history and what they are famous for. We ended the tour right at the base of the Eiffel Tower as it twinkled in the evening light. Amazing!! I highly recommend it.

1.00The bus never showed up. We got there at 9.00 as was suggested for 9:15 boarding. We stood there with 20 other people in the cold until 10:10 and no bus. No one from the company there. WE r seniors and. Couldn’t stand any longer. I want a refund or will cancel the charge. Audrey Winograde W

1.00Unfortunately, it's a big disappointment. We reached the bus night tour extra early and stood as indicated at the meeting point at the Arc de Triomphe – along with many other travelers. After more than an hour of waiting, no bus arrived. Only on site did we learn through a small note that the starting point had been moved – without any prior information. As a result, we completely missed the tour. Especially annoying: We had our entire evening and large parts of our short Paris trip aligned accordingly. Very poor organization and communication. For us absolutely not recommended – be careful when booking.

1.00We showed up before the tour time and there was no bus in sight that said number five and there were tons of buses in the area. The directions only gave a bus number, not a brand or company and we not super specific. We followed the directions we were given and nothing. I messaged three times and tried to call and no answer.

5.00The Paris Night Tour was absolutely worth it! Seeing Paris come alive after dark is a completely different experience—magical, romantic, and unforgettable. The illuminated landmarks, especially Eiffel Tower sparkling at night, made the entire tour feel like a dream. The pace of the tour was just right, allowing us to take in the beauty of the city without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic way to experience Paris from a new perspective, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city
