We bought tickets thru Viator and when we finished the river cruise dinner we were handed a bill for the dinner for the 4 of us. I told the waiter we had paid already and showed him the proof, we were then asked to pay for the drinks ($63 euros for 2 glasses of wine, a beer and a soda). We were provided with one small bottle of water for two persons. My cousin had already provided her credit card when I reminded them we had paid

Had no idea there was a parade today and the whole city shut down two hours to get over to the cruise ship, but we had already missed. It have not received any response back from company regarding a change of date or refund. It would’ve been nice to have gotten an email letting us know that there was something going on today. Had been out walking all day and never saw any signs of parade that was going to be happening.
