4.0Beautiful way to see the sights. Splurged for the VIP window seating. While it was nice, not sure it was worth the extra cost. We went up top when we really wanted to get a few of something and that was great. Pleasantly surprised by the food. Was quite tasty. Initial seating and table service was pretty rough. Had to ask several time for our cocktail order, after that things seemed to flow much better. It was enjoyable and would do it agian.

5.0It was a spectacular evening cruise that felt like a high quality restaurant. The tables were not too crowded and the views from the boat were lovely. The captain got us to the Eiffel Tower right when it started to sparkle and it was magical. It is an absolute must do when in Paris.

1.0Our family decided to have Christmas dinner on a boat, expecting a magical evening filled with great food, scenic views of Paris' iconic landmarks, and a festive atmosphere. Instead, we were met with what can only be described as an absolute disaster. First, the service was atrocious. The waitstaff were unprofessional and visibly fighting in the back, completely ruining the holiday vibe. The food, which we paid an exorbitant amount of money for, arrived cold, in insufficient quantities, and was nowhere near the quality you'd expect for the price. We left hungry and furious. To make matters worse, the whole experience was a bait-and-switch. They sold us on the idea of cruising past Paris' most famous tourist sites, but instead, we were subjected to a poorly explained detour to an ugly, unimpressive part of the city. Their excuse? Something about the boat's height, which felt like a blatant lie. If they knew this was an issue, they should never have sold the tickets claiming otherwise. It was a trap, plain and simple. This wasn’t just a disappointing dinner – it was a complete scam. If you're considering this for your holiday plans, save yourself the money and heartbreak. A walk by the Seine with a sandwich would have been a better Christmas memory than this overpriced disaster. Avoid at all costs.
