5.00We did this in a small group, and the guide did an excellent job of keeping everyone on schedule. The overall place is, of course stunning, but having a team to handle the details made it so much better. Special thanks to the team for being extremely responsive to our requirements.

5.00The Seine boat was lovely; we sat up top and viewed Notre Dame, the Louvre, and other sights. The images of the Eiffel Tower were magnificent. The only disadvantage is the 3 hour journey each way, which is no joke. But if you're on a cruise, it's the only option. Lorenzo got us back in plenty of time. Good day.

5.00Camilla deserves all the praise for keeping a family with two children interested throughout the day. The transfer was on time and the vehicle remained cool, so the service was good, but the pacing was the try highlight.

5.00Our guide was excellent. He spoke simple and clear English, so we understood everything about Paris and Notre Dame. He told us where the best restrooms were and where to buy a quick crepe. Having someone who knows the city makes the long trip from Le Havre much easier. He stayed with us until we got on the boat, making sure we were comfortable.

5.00True to its name, this tour covers the absolute 'Must Sees.' If you only have one day in France, this is the most efficient way to check the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and the Seine off your list. The transition from the bus to the river cruise is very smooth. It’s a lot of information and many sights packed into a few hours, so it’s perfect for those who want a complete overview of the city.

1.00Tour guide did not stick to the itinerary, completely skipped the listed stop at Arc de Triomphe. The guide was not very informative, his English speaking level was disappointing and he disappeared from tour after getting our group on the river cruise. Bus driver was left to coral the group for bus ride back to the ship. Also, while I understood the guide would join the group in Paris, there was no general information provided to us after we boarded the bus from the ship and driver did not stop for restroom brake during 3 hour drive to Paris from ship.

1.00It said we would have an English speaking guide. The rides from/to the boat to Paris we only had a the bus driver who only spoke French. One of the guests was from Montreal and was able to communicate with him. She took head count at the rest stops to makesure everybody got back on the bus. We were suppose to have 20 to 30 minute stops at Norte Dome and Arc de Triomphe. We didn’t have anytime at Arc de Triomphe and had 15 minutes at Norte Dome. We only had 20 minutes at the Eiffel-tower. We barely made it to the river ride on time. We were the last ones to get on board and there was no outside seating so it was hard to see everything from inside. When we finally picked the tour guide up, she spoke quickly and was hard to understand. It was rushed and chaotic. The guide, had the bus driver go down a road that was closed, only to find police in their riot gear holding machine guns. The taxi drivers were on strike. The guide left us at the boat and we were on our own again to get back to the bus after the river ride. There was no time made for getting lunch. You either used our quick stop to get some food or take pictures at the stop. You definitely don’t get your moneys worth and I do not recommend this tour for anyone. Viator should remove it from their website. I would like to get my money back.

5.00The pickup from the cruise port was prompt and efficient. Our best guide Lara was waiting for using the designated area, holding a clear sign with our names. After the tour we were dropped off safely back at our hotel, feeling happy and content after a fantastic day.
