The full master class includes a step-by-step guide on how to make handmade pasta dough, combine ingredients, create the perfect filling, and finish with a delicious and indulgent sauce. With expert guidance from experienced Roman chefs, participants will be able to roll, cut and fill their ravioli to perfection.

To complement the pasta, the activity also includes bottomless wine, expertly selected to pair perfectly with the delicious ravioli. With an ample selection of high-quality wines, participants can choose their preferred pairing and fully enjoy the culinary experience.

Finally, the Pasta Making Class: Ravioli & Tiramisu by the Colosseum takes place close to a location that provides a stunning backdrop for the event. The Colosseum is one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome, and participants will have the opportunity to take in the beauty of the famous ancient monument while indulging in an authentic culinary experience.

Marco, Alessandro, and Ian were wonderful. We had an absolute blast doing the pizza and gelato masterclass, and we loved it so much that we signed up the very next day for the pasta and tiramisu class as well. The little recipe books are so cute, and being able to cook, create, and eat everything together was such a wholesome experience. They truly make you feel like part of the family.

The overall experience was amazing: the space, the food and specially Jacopo and Samir, who were very attentive with not only the class but also any request, doubt and comment we had. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family, as it's an experience we will remember forever with our family!

One of the best experience's in Rome. Chef was knowledgable and gave perfect direction. I was able to actually make edible pasta. The Tiramisu was probably the best I have tasted. Restaurant was in a great location. Go around the block and check out the market.

Marco’s class was incredibly engaging and fun! He had great insights and tips to keep each person involved and learning while having fun. The hands-on nature of the class makes it easy to stay active and involved. The small class size of 8 made it possible to have your questions answered and get direct assistance with your task. Even my elderly Mom and teenager loved it! Highly recommended!!
