The full master class includes a step-by-step guide on how to make handmade pasta dough, combine ingredients, create the perfect filling, and finish with a delicious and indulgent sauce. With expert guidance from experienced Roman chefs, participants will be able to roll, cut and fill their ravioli to perfection.

To complement the pasta, the activity also includes bottomless wine, expertly selected to pair perfectly with the delicious ravioli. With an ample selection of high-quality wines, participants can choose their preferred pairing and fully enjoy the culinary experience.

Finally, the Pasta Making Class: Ravioli & Tiramisu by the Colosseum takes place close to a location that provides a stunning backdrop for the event. The Colosseum is one of the most iconic landmarks in Rome, and participants will have the opportunity to take in the beauty of the famous ancient monument while indulging in an authentic culinary experience.

Marco’s class was incredibly engaging and fun! He had great insights and tips to keep each person involved and learning while having fun. The hands-on nature of the class makes it easy to stay active and involved. The small class size of 8 made it possible to have your questions answered and get direct assistance with your task. Even my elderly Mom and teenager loved it! Highly recommended!!

Stop searching and book this class! Our teacher chef Jacopo provided a great balance of knowledge, patience, and laughs for our small group of 6. Most importantly, the food we made was delicious (2 pastas and tiramisu). Highly recommend for those who are looking for a class using quality ingredients and a more intimate setting.

This was one of the best things I did in Italy! Marco is not only super experienced, but also hilarious,generous and very kind we had the best time with him ! Not to mention the quality of the ingredients that was outstanding, and you could truly taste the difference in every bite the kind of food that stays in your memory and makes it hard to eat in restaurants again A fun, authentic, and delicious experience I’ll never forget!

We had an absolute blast at Alessandro’s pasta and tiramisu making class in Rome! Alessandro and his colleague were phenomenal—his charisma, clear instructions, and infectious passion for Italian cuisine made the experience truly special. The cozy, clean establishment was perfect for our group of eight, creating an intimate and fun vibe. We learned to craft pasta from scratch and whip up a divine tiramisu, paired with delicious wine.
