You will live a unique and authentic experience in our Villa located in the Florentine hills and surrounded by the countryside with a beautiful view of Florence. I will be happy to teach you the secrets of the recipes that my grandparents handed down to me with love. We will prepare together two types of HOMEMADE PASTA: Tagliatelle and Ravioli
Then we will cook the meatballs with tomato sauce and at the end I will show you how to prepare a good homemade ICE CREAM “smoked with coffee” mocha or with fresh fruit.
You will eat prepared food on the terrace of the villa surrounded by nature and drink together excellent Tuscan WINES (bubbly , white and organic red). The beautiful VIEW of the city of Florence will make this experience unique and unrepeatable. It will be nice to tell you a bit about the story of my family and grandparents by showing you the memory book. We use high quality local products, many organic. We welcome small groups to make the experience more intimate and familiar.

I will warmly welcome you to our Villa in the Florentine hills and together we will prepare some traditional Tuscan home recipes that my grandparents taught me with love. We will prepare: - two types of fresh handmade pasta: Tagliatelle and Ravioli (pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, the special recipe in grandmother Lina) - meatballs with tomato sauce with the recipe of my grandmother Siliana - finally I will show you how to prepare a good homemade ice cream We will use high quality raw material, local and largely organic. During the cheerful hours we will spend together you can drink excellent Tuscan wines. In spring and summer we will eat on the terrace of the villa surrounded by countryside. A beautiful view of the city of Florence and the Tuscan countryside awaits you. It'll be nice to tell you a little bit about my family history. we welcome small groups so as to make this experience curated, special and not crowded. round trip transportation from the meeting place in Florence to our Villa in the hills is included (short drive of about 10 minutes) THE TRUE TUSCAN WELCOME WAITS FOR YOU!

5.00ABSOLUTELY MUST DO when visiting Florence! Guya, Matteo, and Julia were the perfect hosts. We cannot thank you enough for welcoming us into your home. It truly is difficult to put into words how incredible this experience was. From the welcomed pickup to the family stories and helping all of us create a delicious meal - we will talk about this for a long time. Our family was a large party and there were two additional young ladies in the group. We made new friends (new family) and want to come back and do it again! Absolutely a delight. 5.00My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. 5.00Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!

5.00Guya and Matteo welcomed us to a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We came to a nice country house just outside Florence. The view of the city and surrounding mountains is amazing. After enjoying tea, you get to learn pasta making and a meatball recipe as it is passed through generations in the family. As we enjoy the food, wine, music and great conversations, it truly feels you have been invited to a friend’s house to enjoy the evening. A one-of-a-kind experience—we will remember Guya and Matteo’s warm hospitality for many years to come.

Guya and Matteo were wonderful hosts—teaching us how to make pasta, meatballs and gelato in Guya’s family home, overlooking Florence—it was a magical setting watching the sunset over the city. We got to meet fellow travelers, making it an enjoyable, fun evening. We would definitely recommend doing this—it was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Guya and Matteo!!

5.00We rented by booking this beautiful villa very nicely decorated modern in the greenery quiet bedding excellent 3 beautiful bedrooms each with its shower room a large living room very bright large windows a beautiful and modern kitchen having all comfort pleasant stay 3 kms from honfleur a beautiful kitchen long weekend at the top we will return with pleasure
