WELCOME TO HONG KONG! Sharing our wonderful city with you is our passion! Hong Kong Greeters are a tiny team of native English speaking guides who want you to feel at home in this welcoming international metropolis, if only for a day. Get ready to dive in and experience it like a local. We also offer excursions to Lantau Island for the Big Buddha and across to Macau - check out our other listings and three days experiences if you would like to book more time with us.
We are Amy & Stephen from UK; Jami from US and Aubrey from Canada. The main thing you need to know - we love meeting new people and we love to chat! Helping them discover and explore brilliant places is an added bonus. We always meet you where you are staying too, be it hotel, airport or port.

5.00We highly recommend Hong Kong Greeters. From our initial communications with Amy to arrange our tour to our lovely day visiting the sites of Hong Kong with Stephen, everything was well coordinated and so enjoyable. Amy was very responsive to our questions, and Stephen was a fantastic tour guide. We asked to be immersed in the culture, and he did just that. He is very knowledgeable about Hong Kong’s history and current events. During our day long tour, we visited many wonderful areas of Hong Kong, had a very delicious lunch, and felt much more informed about the region and its people. Thank you Amy and Stephen!

5.00We had two full day tours of Hong Kong and Kowloon. First day with Nicole second day with Andy. Both are consummate professionals. Hong Kong Greeters and these two guides help put together a customized package that was simply excellent. We highly recommend this organization and these guides. They will together wonderful days.

5.00We had a wonderful day with Amy introducing us to Hong Kong The trip was fabulous and we saw so much in a half day. Doing the sightseeing with Amy was easy and took all the hassle away from ourselves especially after a long flight. I would highly recommend this trip and company.

5.00Amy of Hong Kong Greeters was a genuinely phenomenal guide. We strongly recommend her services. Travelling with Amy felt like we were with a good family friend, and like Hong Kong was our second home. Amy adjusted our trip on the go — for example, my auntie started feeling ill mid-trip, and Amy went out of her way to ensure she got to the hotel and was looked after. Amy is a 11/10 guide and again we strongly recommend Hong Kong Greeters to everyone.

5.00Our first time to the rich, vibrant, and colorful Hong Kong! We were so lucky to have found Hong Kong Greeters and our wonderful tour guide Angel Chan, with an encyclopedic knowledge of Hong Kong! Our whirlwind all day tour traveled by subway, taxi, peak tram, mini-bus, double-decker ding-ding, and the classic Star Ferry back to our Kowloon hotel, catching all the highlights and hidden gems! Most fun was a local lunch at a crazy-busy chaotic dim sum feast, expertly guided by Angel. We covered more than we ever imagined and have Angel and Hong Kong Greeters, ‘Your Friends in Hong Kong’ to thank!

5.00We were there with a student-teacher group of 17 people from Germany. On our way back home from mainland we had 8 hours time in Hongkong. Hongkong Greeters organized everything for us includung ferry tickets. It was absolutely great. We had a wonderful time, a spacious bus toured us around and Robert and Nicole were great guides. This tour organizer can be hielt recommended. Thank you Amy

5.00We had such a good time with Tony for an amazing private day tour. He managed on the fly adjustments to the itinerary to suit our interests or when we saw something interesting and making tweaks to the itinerary order around the predicted weather (rain and wind) made such a difference to the experience and enjoyment. A much better experience than we could have managed on our own.
Fun day in Hong Kong and Kowloon

5.00What a fun day going around Hong Kong. We started at Wong Tai Sin Temple, did a little detour up Barker Road (saw Jack Ma's spectacular mansion among others), and after a quick egg tart we went down Vctoria Peak funicular (tram). Then off to Kam Fung Restaurant for pineapple buns and hot milk tea (my son had the hot coca-cola with lemon and ginger -yes, you reas that right) at Wan Chai. We also went to the mid level escalator and took another detour. Then to the Central Police Station and grounds. It was getting pretty late by then, so we got on the Star Ferry at 4 pm, and splashed out on the top deck! The day started off drizzly and foggy and ended up warm and sunny. It was just so perfect. I'm so, so glad I decided to do this. Amy, our guide, is THE BEST!!!! She took us to fun hidden spots that were so cool. She's so knowledgeable and fun and just so awesome. And Ken is the best driver ever. I highly recommend HK Greeters, it really was a personalized and fun experience.
