  We were supposed to be picked from the| airport at 7:30 AM. He did not arrive until 8:30. We decided to stay a little longer at Pearl Harbor and take in all the park had to offer. We were picked up at 2:30 and taken back to the airport. We were charged an additional $75 + for the service. I realize we approved that charge. Shouldn't we be credited for the hour we had to wait? We had also purchased 2 additional tickets for the Arizona that were not used. The couple that purchase was meant for pu=chased their own tickets while they were waiting for us to get there. I believe we should receive credit for those tickets that were not used. We were supposed to be dropped off at Pearl Harbor at 8:00 to meet the rest of our party. We were an hour late meeting them. My daughter reached out to you by telephone 3 times and was informed each time that the driver would be there within 20 minutes. I do not believe that the driver was at fault in any way. He. took extremely good care of our party. I believe that a 35% refund is appropriate to cover the issues that took place

  Basically you get picked up from airport, given tickets to the Arizona Memorial and walked into the visitors center. Then you are picked up several hours later. In our case, the shuttle bus picked us up and then backtracked to Waikiki to pick up others before going to Pearl Harbor. The ride was fine and the driver was polite although there were some obnoxiously loud people on the bus.

  The guide that shuttled me to and from the airport to Pearl Harbor was great and was full of knowledge about the area’s history.

  Great experience . Knowledgeable guide. No worries about getting picked up at airport. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Pearl Harbor.

  Clift was our tour guide and he didn’t outstanding job. He should be commended for his performance today and he was even wonderful and recommending restaurant options after the tour.   The tour was amazing and the staff helping with our unique arrangements to get us there was above and beyond. Pearl Harbor is a must see lifetime experience.

  Our tour guide Finny was fantastic! He was funny and engaging on the drive to and from the memorial, sharing lots of great additional information about Pearl Harbor. The Pearl Harbor Memorial was a humbling experience worth the visit!
