Respectful Silence: Visitors are encouraged to maintain a respectful silence while on the USS Arizona Memorial to honor the fallen. The atmosphere is one of reflection and reverence, allowing tourists to connect emotionally with the events of the past
Purses and bags are not allowed inside Pearl Harbor. All bags may be stored for $7.00 each
Clear plastic bags are allowed, such as those allowed at football games, in which the contents are readily visible
Bags containing medical equipment unsuitable for lightweight, plastic, transparent shopping bags are allowed
Meals are at your own expense
Food and water that is not concealed in a package is allowed
Sites are subject to close due to stormy weather
There is no smoking allowed on the visitor center grounds or at the memorial
Wear comfortable shoes you will be walking much of the tour

If you enjoy your tour tipping your guide in cash is always appreciated
All entry tickets to the attractions will be provided by your driver on the morning of your tour

5.00My trip was listed under my mother, Patricia and I traveled with my mom and my husband. This was the best excursion that we went on and I would highly recommend it! My husband wanted to visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial and he was very pleased, even though it was sad, but educational. We enjoyed the Dole Plantation and the little train ride around the property. I had no idea how pineapples grew on the ground. The best and our favorite was the Polynesian Center, don't miss visiting this place, it was outstanding! I thought it would be like a museum, but it was not. Live displays and lots of entertainment, food, and they even allow you to rent a scooter if you have mobility issues. Our tour gude was Anthony, he was entertaining, funny and a good driver too. I enjoyed the lunch and water that was included. I would highly recommend Aloha Sunshine Tours, and Anthony. We did many things on our trip to Maui, but visiting Oahu and taking this tour was one of the best things we did.
