Will we? Won’t we? Huge queues at the Arizona memorial So headed to USS Missouri a visit of an out 2 hours and very interesting. As we headed back to the Arizona our guide informed us the we would NOT be able to get the ferry to the memorial. However on arrival she announced that we MIGHT get a chance. We registered for stand by and waited, and waited. She left us to hang around and stressed that the bus back to the hotel would leave at 2pm Eventually we got a chance to get on the 1-30 ferry BUT this would mean that we would not get back to the tour bus until well after 2pm. Unsure as to what to do we phoned the operator and were told that 2 pm was the time for return and if we wanted to go on the ferry we would have to get an Uber back tomorrow the hotel. We could not contact our guide!!!! Eventually one of our party got a text message saying that the bus would wait until 2-30 so we could and did manage to visit the memorial. Found it very stressful sitting for over an hour not knowing and having no one to speak to face to face!!!

Robert gave us great to the point information so we could get the most out of the experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. It seems unfair that he had to juggle two different tour groups. He was clear when and where we should meet but was late every time driving the other group.

This was a very informative experience. The displays were excellent showing the lead up & the horrors of the fateful attack on Pearl Harbour.
