Pedra do Telegrafo hike (Telegraph’s Rock) is located in a huge State park with its wonderful unspoiled beaches, lush forests and the Marambaia estuary. It is a great choice for those looking for an optimal relation between effort/trail time and attraction.

The trail lasts around 1 hour with amazing views of the shore.

Returning from Pedra do Telegrafo hike, a nice stop for a sea bath and relax time at Grumari beach, one of the best in Rio!

The way back are through all the beaches along the shore of Rio, with nice spots to scenary photos.
