  We had a fantastic day on this tour. We went as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 11 years and 6 years. Our guide Jon was fantastic - giving us the information on the places we visited - their history and significance. We were picked up from our hotel at 11:30 am and were dropped off at around 11 pm. Visited the Brighton bathing boxes, moonlit sanctuary and the penguin parade. Stopped at a few other locations with fantastic views. Kids had a great time feeding wallabies at the moonlit sanctuary. We saw a lot of wildlife along the way - several wallabies, one echidna, lots of cape barren geese, and even a penguin in its burrow as we drove close to the penguin parade. At the penguin parade, we saw a few penguins coming out of water and waddling to their burrows after sunset - a memorable experience for us and the kids.

  We had the pleasure of meeting MICHAEL and from pick up to return drop off he was a 10 out of 10 for professional service, information expertise, driving skill and attitude. MICHAEL made sure everyone had a wonderful time and shared enthusiasm and knowledge of Melbourne, Moonlit Sanctuary and The Penguin Parade.   Just spent a fantastic day with Michael on the Phillip island day trip. What an incredible guy! He was warm, fun, high energy and sincere all the way through. The trip itself was very well designed and I got to see Brighton beach, moonlit sanctuary and Phillip island all in one day. Although it’s a long trip, Michael made sure it was engaging, informative, fun and comfortable. He shared personal stories, great recommendations and made timely stops for food / breaks. He also went out of his way to point out as many animals in the wild as was possible while driving a brand new bus! Getting a true blue Melbourne local to show you around really personalises the experience. Thank you, Michael!

  our tour guide is very enthusiasm for view introduction，the disco light make our bus very easy to be found at night！The nobbies center is soooo beautiful and i love the wildlife in moonlit park，kangaroos and koalas are cute.The only pity is that koala event was sold out because we were in easter festival. Overall，it is a wonderful trip.

  It was an unforgettable day! I had this experience during the easter 2026 and it was really awesome! I met koala, kangaroo and after some nature and sea stops I finally saw the penguins! Mel was my guide and she was gentle, funny and genuine person! She explain everything clearly and funny and hosted kindly everyone! I really suggest this experience!

  We had a great day out. Mel was a fantastic guide, bringing lots of humour to the day. The day was well paced with just the right time at each location. Both the Moonlit sanctuary and Penguin Parade were fantastic places. Would definitely recommend upgrading to Penguin Plus - a lot more expensive but worth it

  It was great trip with tour guide Lucy. Very well planned and executed tour. Day started with Brighton beach, following wildlife sanctuary . Ended day at Philip island. Tour was made great with Lucy. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if wanna see penguins in the wild along with feeding a Kangaroo ( thats wildlife sanctuary btw).   I recently joined the Phillip Island Penguin Parade Small Group Eco Tour with Go West and had a wonderful experience. Our guide, Alisha, was cheerful, friendly, and professional throughout the trip, and she brought a lot of joy and positive energy to the day. As a first-time visitor to the area, I found this tour to be a great way to explore some of the beautiful sights around Melbourne in a convenient and enjoyable way. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting for the first time.
