4.00The tour itself was fine. The company does a great job. I'd recommend going as early as possible to Moonlit Conservation Center. When we got there, the koala encounter was sold out, and the kangaroos were too stuffed to come to us to feed them. It was cool seeing the koalas, kangaroos and the other animals though, including dingos and a Tasmanian devil. Have to say the whole parade seems to be way overrated. Again, not the tour company's fault. It's just the penguins are so small and so far away (if you aren't in the front row of the stadium seating) its difficult to see them coming out of the ocean and waddling across the beach. We were able to see some after they go to there burrows, but it's pretty dark and difficult to see. Overall, this excursion was a nice experience, but temper your expectations

5.00Our tour guide and driver Chris N G is wonderful!! If I spell the name correctly, he’s energetic and really helpful with a good sense of humor. We are so lucky to sign up this trip! I definitely would like to join his tour again given his glory is to provide tourist enjoyable memory of Australia! :P

5.00You can see a waddle of penguins at night, please be aware that you cannot take a photo and even a video to see them due to penguin's sensitivity to light. Still, you can view them with positive mentality.
Extremely late start. Had to wait more than an hour from original start time, and 15 minutes after revised time.

1.00Buy the Penguins Plus ticket, otherwise not worth it. General view is so far away you can not see anything. I bought the upgrade.
