  I performed Umrah with my family, and we had an amazing experience with Brother Aqeel as our guide. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and extremely supportive. He guided us step by step through every part of the Umrah and made sure we understood everything properly. His knowledge about the rituals and his calm nature gave our family great peace of mind. He was always respectful and attentive to our needs, especially making sure our elders were comfortable throughout the journey. We truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.   I performed Umrah with my father and we had a truly wonderful experience with our guide. He was very kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. He explained every step of Umrah clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. He gave special attention to my father, helping him at every stage and never rushing us, which allowed us to perform our Umrah with complete peace of mind.   My family and I had gone for our first Umrah understandably we were nervous and anxious about whether we will perform Umrah correctly. Akeel was our guide, it was very easy to communicate with him over wattsapp he met us at our hotel and walked with us to the haram and explained where the boundaries of the Mashid are, where can we wear shoes etc and some safety tips. We were a group of 8 and Akeel was able to communicate with us effortlessly in both English and Urdu. He explained what we will do and to follow his lead, he retired the Duas beautifully allowing us to repeat as best we could. He maintained a good pace allowing mama to complete her Umrah with ease. The Umrah took 4 hours and Akeel remained very professional, supportive and attentive the whole time. I would absolutely recommend Akeel and his team as Umrah guides there were invaluable to our experience of Umrah. We will remain eternally grateful and indebted. We would highly recommend Akeel and his team for all pilgrims In Sha Allah ul Aziz 🤲🏼

  We performed 3 Umrahs over a period of 3 days. Both guides were very kind, helpful, and assisted us with the whole process doing everything step by step and making the experience easy for us. They were very easy to communicate with on what’s app and the last 2 Umrahs were quite last minute. I was very impressed that they still made themselves available for us. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a wholesome and spiritual experience without any issues. Thank you!

  Akhil was an exceptional guide and an incredible source of support during my Umrah. As someone who still considers herself a novice in the rituals, I was understandably nervous — but he guided me patiently and confidently every step of the way. He recited the Arabic prayers slowly and in a beautiful, melodic tone so I could follow along and recite it as best as possible, which made the entire experience feel accessible and deeply meaningful. I truly don’t think I could have completed everything properly without his guidance and reassurance. Navigating Mecca as a solo female and English speaker can feel overwhelming, but Akhil made it seamless. I was able to easily book an Uber from my hotel in Jeddah to the drop-off point, and he even kindly walked me to the mall afterward so I could have lunch and make my appointment at the Clock Tower. I highly recommend booking with Akhil. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made my Umrah experience calm, supported, and spiritually fulfilling. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Assalamu alikum. During my first umrah with my dear mother, we were guided my him for our pilgrimage. We were females and arabic was not our native language. He was very informative, helpful, kind and patient. I was treated and protected during umrah like a sister. He recited all of the duas and explained steps starting from our hotel (clock tower) to returning us back from Safaa and Marwah to our hotel and proceeded to tell us how to cut our hair to complete umrah. Every recitation was slowed and cleared so we can repeat it. He is very knowledgeable and speaks fluent English. I highly recommend anyone for a spiritual journey to hire him as your guide. May Allah swt reward you for helping others during their pilgrimage. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning Insha'Allah.
