You will be collected just around 5:00 AM from your accommodations by your tour guide and driver with a vintage Jeep. The unique way of visiting the temple complex by jeep makes you enjoy the jungle surroundings even more. Take a special ride through the countryside off the beaten track to the temples of Angkor. This tour includes Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Ta Nie(hidden ruin) and Ta Prohm/Tomb Raider, and local villages in a day. During your visit to the Angkor temples, your tour guide will ensure your days remain both flexible and personal. Leaving the hotel early for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour allows to you avoid the midday heat.

5.00I had an amazing experience on the Personalised Angkor Wat Sunrise Off-the-Beaten Track Tour. Everything was perfectly organized and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip in Cambodia. Watching the sunrise at Angkor Wat was absolutely magical and the tour took us to several quieter spots away from the crowds, which made the experience even more special. A huge thank you to Yuth, who is truly an incredible person. He is passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely loves sharing the history and culture of the temples. You can really feel how much he cares about giving visitors the best possible experience. I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Angkor. If you want a memorable, authentic, and well-guided experience, this is the one to choose!

5.00Sopheak was our guide for the day around the temples. I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing day we had. He was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions (and there were a few!). He also knew where to go and when and it often felt like we were the only ones at the temples. The whole experience was beyond my expectations and I absolutely loved it. Can not recommend this enough (we also did it in an old army jeep which my husband found very exciting). Book the tour….you will not be disappointed

5.00Our tour guide Weasna was knowledgeable and able to explain to us the history and culture of the four historic sites we saw. He also went out of his way to take lots of photos of our group and knew all the best angles for great pictures. We had a fantastic tour and we would sign up again with Cambodia Overland Travel.

5.00We had a fantastic tour with Hol! He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any questions that we had. His English was excellent and he is also a great photographer! The Jeep was also a lot of fun. Would highly recommend Hol and this tour.

5.00For the day we had driver John and tourguide Lao. John is an excellent driver and Lao an excellent tourguide. Lao his English is fluent and he knows so much about the history. The Jeep makes the whole experience even more awesome, we even went off road :). Thanks for the amazing trip guys and showing us something of your beautiful Cambodia.

5.00We had the most incredible trip with Lao, we were picked up on time in the amazing old jeep and got to Angkor Wat at perfect time for sunrise! Lao knows all the best routes round the temples so you are not inundated with other tourists. We also had the pleasure of visiting other temples within Siem reap including ones that were truly off the beaten track where we were the only people! Not only does Lao speak amazing English he also knows great places for photos and all of the history! We could not recommend this tour more and will never forget the experience!

5.00The BEST tour and tour guide in Siem Reap! Educational, adventurous, and honestly inspiring. Going to Angkor Wat for sunrise is a MUST DO! Our tour guide, Lao, was very passionate about sharing knowledge about his country. He is very friendly, fun, and laid back, and he also makes some good puns. He engaged with everyone in our group and was attentive to all of our varying interests and needs, answering all of our questions from Khmer legends to daily life. He made everyone feel very comfortable too. BONUS POINTS for the cool towels and cold water after walking in the hot sun! That was such a pleasant touch that seriously made a big difference in our experience! Truly the perfect tour for anyone and for all ages. We could tell he’s a very experienced tour guide too. Fluent English speaker with very clear explanations of Khmer history and stories. He’s also a great photographer and knows all the best spots to take pictures.
