Mohamad was a very considerate guide. He is knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of our questions. He showed us everything he said he would and made our stay in Nadi very nice. Since our flight was late he suggested restaurants and even took us there to make sure we could have a meal before our long flight. Only thing we didn't like was that the mud bath and thermal springs should have warned us in advance that the showers were not working before hand. It would have made an 11 hour flight more comfortable. Thankfully , the fun we had was worth that small inconvenience.

Visiting the village was our favorite part, and talking to the guide was a lot of fun. We learned a lot about the first landing. We enjoyed the walk through the garden, but as not use to the humidity didn’t all make it to the view point. My son said it was beautiful up there. My daughter and I enjoyed the mud pools. I would say the temple was probably our least favorite. Too many rules and not able to wander around. Totally understand that this is a temple and is a place of worship. Our tour guide Levi was excellent and allowed us to stop for lunch and grocery shopping on way back. Overall this was a great way to see Nadi.

Personalised implies something designed to suit the individual. I think they mean personal, as in a driver for your group. A taxi picked up our group of 4 and drove us to the sites. It was advertised as approx 6 hours but we were picked up at 9 and back at our hotel around 1. We skipped the temple, the market and the shopping in Nadi as we had done those independently and hoped to spend a little more time at the mudbaths, but were told we had no time for the 15min. massage. We probably spent a little longer at the orchid garden than usual as the driver came looking for us. The driver was friendly and told a lot of jokes but was more a taxi driver than a tour guide. The village visit was interesting but they have a market set up at the front and tell you that each stall is run by a single family and they don't share, so you feel obligated to share the love. Trouble is every time you turn around there's another stall ( the village has around 900 occupants). The orchid gardens were beautiful and the mudbaths were great.
