  My tour of Paramin was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to our amazing tour guide. From the moment the tour began, they created a warm, welcoming atmosphere and shared an incredible amount of local knowledge about their unique farming traditions and breathtaking mountain viewpoints. They navigated the winding roads with ease and knew all the hidden spots, the scenic overlooks, herb gardens and even a few local homes where we got to sample and purchase home-made wine. Their stories brought the village’s history to life and their passion for preserving Paramin’s culture was truly inspiring.

  What a great time! The jeep ride, the steep hills, the yummy food and wine, the history… and THE VIEWS! This is a must do Marcus and Ms. Podesta are great guides. They have a wealth of knowledge.   Our family trip to Paramin with Tebet Tours was an extraordinary one! The details of our experience was handle so well by our Tour guide, Marcus Baptiste. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Starting off the journey with the jeeps gave it that authentic Paramin vibe, the views were breathtaking and at every stopping point came with a special piece of history. As locals, it was an eye opening moment that our country hold such beautiful places. Tebet Tours made this experience a memorable one! One that we will remember for a lifetime!

  Marcus was very friendly and we bonded over the many cultural similarities between Trinidad and my home country. He was kind enough to buy us pastelles to make up for being a few minutes late to pick us up for the tour and even provided us the local experience of eating roti on the side of the road making us feel more at home rather than tourists. It was like spending the day with a friend more than anything else.

  My personalized tour guide Marcus was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a people's person. It was a pleasure meeting various people throughout the community along with it's history. The only downside is that it's the rainy season and the weather can be unpredictable. Upon arriving at the lookout there was heavy fog, so I couldn't get that awesome view. I do plan on checking it off my bucket list on my return to my homeland Sweet T&T.

  Tour was amazing. As locals, it made us truly appreciative of Trinidad & its beauty. Climbing the hills of Paramin seemed scary until we did it with Tebet Tours, it was comfortable & allowed us the opportunity to be immersed into the culture of Paramin. Learning about the history & facts of the village, seeing their rich agricultural lifestyle & enjoying the breathtaking views & humming of natures sounds & silence is an experience for the books.

  The whole experience was amazing from the hot cocoa tea, the amazing scenery, the delicious wine tasting, to the delicious Christmas lunch ..I was most satisfied with Tebet Tours. The tour guide Bridgette, the driver Malcolm and of course the head Marcus the were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the history of Paramin. I was happy we decided on Tebet Tours 10/10.

  We recently took a tour with Tebet Tours, and l have to say it was an amazing experience. I can't say enough good things about Marcus. He was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and passionate about what he does as a guide. We did the tour to Paramin which is a must when visiting Trinidad. The drive to the hills alone will take your breath away, with scenic views of agricultural farms along the steep winding roads. We stopped to have a fantastic local lunch which was so delicious it was above 5 stars and the hospitality was simply the best. Marcus took us to the look out, La Vigie which has picturesque views of the north coast. The viewing decks was an chance take photos and take it all in. You feel like you are on top of the world among the clouds. We also had the opportunity to stop to buy local treats, homemade wines, homemade ice cream and other sweet things. The local villagers are warm and welcoming to say the least. Trinidad and Tobago you are naturally blessed! Marcus thank you so much for the wonderful experience that l will treasure for the rest of my days. We were in company and I can't wait to do another tour, with Marcus from Tebet tours.   We had a fantastic experience with Marcus of Tebet Tours and would like to highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of booking guided tours in Trinidad. Marcus was very responsive and accommodating. From the first point of contact to make inquiry to the day of the tour, Marcus was in constant communication to answer any question and provide clarification and updates, so we were not left with any uncertainties whatsoever. I asked for a bespoke tour itinerary which combined a private Paramin Hill experience together with an afternoon at Maracas Bay and a stop at some local lookout points. Although this was not advertised on Viator , Marcus was more than happy to put together a bespoke experience for us. It is clear that Marcus is very well versed in the history and cultural traditions of Trinidad and especially Paramin community and the tour was safe, fun and informative. I will definitely recommend the Paramin experience to those who want an experience different from the usual beach trips. Please be aware that the hills are steep and the turns sometimes sharp but we felt in very secure hands with Marcus and his local knowledge and expertise.
