English guide fluent in Italian not English

1.00It was very disappointing when our English speaking guide arrived and could barely speak English. While she seemed to be a lovely person, we could only understand about 25% of what she was saying. When she couldn’t think of a date, she would say “building, very old”. I’m not sure what can be done to assure that an English speaking guide is fluent in English
