Petra - Wadi Musa

Departure time is 05:00 or 06:00 am From anywhere in Amman through desert highway it takes 3 hours to drive to the south toward the Nabatean red rose city Petra. Petra is considered as one of the 7 wonders of the world, It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985, its 230 kilometers away from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow Siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city, You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. 09:00 am arriving Visitor Center in Petra and buy a ticket unless you have a Jordan Pass, you can just show the paper it is printed on or by phone to take the barcode. Start Petra site tour for 3-4 hours. 12:00 pm Driving toward Dead Sea

Dead Sea Region

At 12:00 pm Heading to the Dead Sea by the back road Namalel road that it takes 3 hours driving, stop for a panoramic view photo shooting through the high mountains down toward the Wadi Arabah road that begins after 40 km. On the way there are a number of interesting places, prophet Lot's cave, lowest point on earth museum. At the beginning of the Dead Sea, there will be a stop for 5-10 minutes for a photo shoot the Dead Sea salt corals. 03:00 pm Arriving at Dead Sea resort hotel and use the following: facilities/beach/pools/ Dead Sea mud/cold water/ open lunch buffet-including vegetarian food. Enjoying the Dead Sea and swim for two to three hours, finish at approximately 6:00 pm, head to Amman, one hour driving and drop off at the same pick up point. 7:00 pm Arrive Amman city

The driver Maen Daher was always on time, very polite and helpful. We had a great one day tour full of experiences - Petra donkey riding, Dead Sea floating and a great lunch included. Strongly recommended

We visited the Dead Sea, and it was incredibly cool! The trip was perfectly organized. Our driver, Asmar, met us at the hotel, took us to the currency exchange office, explained the country along the way, and answered our questions. The Dead Sea, swimming in it, and the mud mineral baths—all of this will be a lifetime experience! At the end of the tour, we were quickly driven back to the hotel! Everything was top-notch!

Was picked up by Munir (Muneer Jarrar) he made the whole trip perfect. I was running late from Petra and he was still able to get me to all my other locations on time. Had an amazing time and was a pleasure to be driven by Munir so funny and great facts. Was safe driver and so super thoughtful. Was a pleasure to send the day with him and felt very safe and taken care of

Amazing, too much to see at once. Wish I had more time. Was breath taking and a bucket list must. I was amazed and also so grateful to be able to see such wonders.

We did this one day tour which allowed about 3 hours or so in Petra and a resort hotel on the Dead Sea. It was a great day. We did get an additional tour guide in Petra suggested by our guide/driver Maen. It worked out quite well and worth the extra cost when you have come so far to experience Petra. Maen was a fine driver, fine guide and answered our many questions giving us more understanding of Jordan traditionally and today. I think this is a very good way to see these must-dos in Jordan, if you are staying in Amman. Neither place had many tourists which is a shame as they are geared up for many more. I don't think January is a bad time at all to visit Petra.

Maen Daher, was delight of the tour day as he was punctual, spoke English well, polite, smart but humble, soft spoken and was giving useful advices. I fully recommend him for tour delight.

We booked a day trip to Petra and the Dead Sea and had an absolutely brilliant experience! We had a private vehicle, and our guide Maen was truly phenomenal, incredibly punctual, friendly, well-organised, and he gave us amazing insights into Jordan’s history and culture. The lunch was outstanding, and the access from the hotel to the Dead Sea was excellent and so relaxing. I cannot recommend Maen enough for his warm hospitality and professionalism. The entire package was worth it in terms of price, quality and value, we loved it so much that we even ended up booking another tour! This experience genuinely went far beyond our expectations. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience of visiting Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea in one day, which is absolutely perfect when you have only few days of stay in Jordan. We were very statisfied thanks to Maen who accompanied us during the whole day of visits ans who very professionals and so kind. He definitely made our experience great ! He will make all his possible to ensure that you have an unforgettable experience :) In Wadi Rum, we had the opportunity to have an excellent tour on a 4x4 with Abdallah, who knows very well the site as he is a genuine bedouin from Wadi Rum and we confirm that he is the "King of the Desert" as people kindly name him :) I highly recommend this private tour !

We had a wonderful experience with Asmar. He was so much fun. He took such care of us. He set us up with a personal guide at Petra who was fantastic. Petra was such a wonderful experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and we learned so much. Our ride there and back with Asmir was so much fun. He has such a great personality and we were constantly laughing. So much fun!!
