  Tried to leave at 3:15 from floor 83. Was kept in a cattle like grid for over 30 minutes as they wouldn't let us leave and gave no reason why. The tour itself was minimal in information. Basically paying to go up and down in a lift for a viewpoint for a photo.

  This is a must do experience if you visit KL. This is my second time going up to Petronas Twin Tower but still feel excited to visit the middle bridge and Level 83 and 86. The photo pack is so cool and you even get a certificate for being on the top. My boys love this certificate and the photo pack.

  Great experience and opportunity to get a good view of Kuala Lumpur from above. Very informative in terms of history and recent developments in the city and country. We have thoroughly enjoyed it

  I didn’t go on this trip because I had booked the wrong date in error. Although I knew it was non refundable not very helpful in trying to change the date.

  You can can only stsy 10 minutes on the bridge and 15 minutes on the top. Its not possible to time your schedule to the sunset but thats probably the best time.

  Booking through Viator made this very difficult. We spent a lot of time trying to access the tickets . No one could help, eventually Viator got the tickets from tour operator

  Our visit to Petronas towers was very good. You can can get excellent view much of the city from the towers. We went to both the bridge between the towers and a higher viewing floor on the 86th floor. Enterence is actually within the large Mall which contains lots of good shops to visit after.

  I recommend visiting at the beginning of your stay, as it offers a fantastic view over the city and the surrounding area. Booking in advance is highly recommended, as it guarantees a very smooth process. A truly great experience

  It was an expensive waste of time. If you really want to go don’t buy 3rd party tickets from Viator or any other seller as you may not be able to covert these to the actual tickets. Go to the mall in The Petronas Towers specially the Moroccan coffee shop.

  Nice but only 10 minutes is allocated to the 86th floor. More time is needed. Nice experience. Short distance.
