Fiona was a wonderful guide as she shared which animals live in the conservatories which is actually quite expansive. I think we spotted every one. The Penguin Parade was definitely the highlight. To be able to witness this was like no other. To be in the Penguin Plus area gave us an up close viewing with a smaller amount of people. Highly recommend. Also, it allows you more time to get dinner right before rather than feeling you need to eat early in the town of Cowes. We had gelato and a glass of wine by the seaside then had a nice dinner at the Penguin Sight

Vicky was a wonderful guide & driver. The tour was exactly what I wanted. We left Melbourne about 1:45pm and headed to Phillip Island to see koalas, wallabies, a stop in Cowes for dinner, the Nobbies and then on the spectacular Penguin Parade. I highly recommend splurging for the premium viewing - a memorable experience to be that close. Tip: Bring a warm jacket - it is incredible cold & windy by the time the penguins come out, even in Australian summer!

Incredible landscapes finished off with watching the penguins come out of the water. We did the penguins plus and so glad we did as we were up close to their exit from the water and march up the beach. What a great show of nature!

An amazing day! We saw so much at each place. Fiona was so helpful in spotting fun things and making sure everyone had their best experience. I would have preferred a shorter dinner break and more time at the Nobbes but all in all a great trip. The topper was the Penguin Parade. A can’t miss experience when visiting Melbourne
