Walking through the night market to see all variety street food & seafood that is famous in the island. Our excellent local guide will explain in details about our fishing life, our the local culture, our unique seafoods & the differences of Vietnamese cuisine. You gonna be standing out of the crowds. Not just look the market for 10 mins like everyone else, but to understand what is their food throughout our local guide. For sure, you will get some tips for your Vietnamese meal at home. And you might need to come back to Vietnam to taste our food again! 5.00We had an amazing time with Katie. Very well organised tour with great communication prior to tour. Excellent food experience and felt very welcomed by everyone. Katie is hilarious and lots of fun had. Added bonus of transfers from our hotel by Ty which then extended to us using them again to explore other areas of the island. Great experience and contact to have on the Island. We will miss seeing Ty’s aqua cap 🧢

5.00We loved our street food tour with Soma! The food was delicious and abundant. Loved everything! What a great way to discover more of the Vietnamese culture through their cuisine. Soma was very nice and funny too. I would warmly recommend this tour

5.00Katie’s food tour was amazing! She’s so fun to be around and the food was absolutely delicious. Katie also arranged for her lovely husband to pick us up from our hotel, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this tour. Just make sure you’re hungry before you go, there is so much great food to eat!

5.00Katie was a great host, she shared enough and also took my cue (l was the only guest) as to how long to stay at a place She was knowledgeable, humerous and resourceful. The food was a good selection and variety of choices but not too much.

5.00I got lucky and was the only person that booked that night so it was more personal. Because of that I got to ride with her on her motor bike and she even took me to the mall so I could buy a traditional Vietnamese dress. We stopped at 3 food places in total. I opted for the option were I’d pay for my own food and I think that was smart. I’m a very picky eater and food is very cheap in Pho Quoc. I think it’s a better value especially since you don’t know how many places/types of food you’ll be eating ahead of time. I’d definitely book again.

5.00I had a great evening with Katie and her husband who picked me up and dropped me off back to my place because I was staying at the southern part of the island. We tried some of the most delicious things I’ve eaten so far during my trip in Vietnam. We had really nice conversations and laughs, so if you are especially travelling solo like me, I recommend you this tour so you can enjoy a good company and yummy food :)

5.00We did the Food Tour with the lovely Katie and her wingman Ty. They took us to a street food BBQ vendor where we tried everything from sausage to chicken feet. Next we hopped into an electric buggy and went to the non tourist area of Phu Quoc town where we had a fabulous Bahn Mi with all the trimmings. Definitely only frequented by locals on scooters. Then we went further afield and had a fabulous seafood stockpot cooked by Ty and Katie. We finished the evening with a walk through the night market and coconut ice cream. Katie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. We really felt like we had immersed ourselves in the local culture and got to try some great food that only the local islanders would know about. I thoroughly recommend this tour.

5.00Katie is a very engaging, cheerful guide, sharing her knowledge and observations about Phu Quoc and life on the island. I think there are food tours aplenty, but to find a quality guide is harder. Would thoroughly recommend Katie.
