5.00What an amazing trip to one of the most well known historical places of the world. Our tour guide Gabrielle was fun and answered all of our questions. Our Pisa guide Simone shared lots of information about the architecture a.nd history of the Cathedral. The most exciting part was the climb to the top of the bell tower. A big thank you to Claudio our driver for getting us there and back safely.

3.00Frederiko & the tour itself was good. Lots of information & tour guides were knowledgeable. However, the Ac on the bus had issues & my daughter’s seat was wet but the bus was full to capacity & unfortunately could not switch seats. The host provided a few napkins when we told him of our issue but unfortunately never came back during the entire 2 hour ride to check if we needed anymore. The fact is we did need more, lots more. Fortunately, I had purchased facial tissues earlier that day & had them with me. My daughter & I took turns holding the napkins/tissues up to the leaking vents for the entire 2 hour bus ride. Our arms were tired and we had to sit awkwardly off the seats so we wouldn’t get soaked. Fredericko asked me after the bus ride when we arrived back to Florence from Pisa how was the ride and I expressed to him it did not stop leaking the entire trip. He apologized for the ac issue and said he would report to the company. I hope these seats are not available to anyone else until the matter is fixed. It was a very uncomfortable ride that I wouldn’t want to for anyone else to endure.

2.00It was not on time. Where the bus dropped you off was a 15 minute walk and did not seem safe…at all. Half a day is plenty. Tour guide was knowledgeable but somewhat rude. Constantly waiting … if there is a time to leave they should adhere to it. My children are older…I would never bring a young child. Chaos when registering. Very rude and no order. Save your money. Look elsewhere.
