  We walked up the tower which was a little more challenging than I initially thought but it is well worth it. Alexia, our tour guide was very good ensuring times and meeting places were well communicated. We also opted for the tour through the Pisa complex which was very well worth it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and injected a little humor as well as we travelled around the different sights. We would definitely recommend this tour. One of the better ones we have been on.

  I found the tour very good, especially the Claudia guide, very attentive to everything in the guide, very clear the explanation in several languages and the driver of the microphone Mr. Guliano gave us a very nice trip.

• Awful and hostile experience with tour guide

  The tour operator Federico Curreli was awful and incredibly rude to me and my family. We did not receive any notice that we were going to a church and that we needed any coverings.. when we arrived. I asked him if I should buy a covering as we passed mini vendors.. He said no that our other guide would help us with that.. the other guide started the tour immediately and we began to enter the church. I said we still need to buy the covering.. we had to miss half of the church while I ran and waited in line at the gift shop to get a covering. The worst part of it was when we told Fredrico he tried to place blame on us never apologized and claimed he never told us what we said he did.. on the bus water leaked all over us from the air conditioning unit. On the bus, he told us we cannot have our backpacks, but we could have small purse.. when we got to pizza he said I was not allowed to have my small fanny pack purse so again I had to run find a place to put it. As we were waiting to leave, he approached us in the group and continue to argue with us. We begged him to please leave us alone and stop arguing with us, and he would not stop arguing with us.. It was very upsetting and he should be terminated.. We did not want to argue and simply wanted him to leave us alone and stop arguing with us. It was very unprofessional.

  The real truths on leaving and the customer would click on options he wants to have and not arrive there and find that I paid ($42.00US) for a bus tour and visit a site;( tour of Pisa) without being able to enter any place because I had to pay for each option on site to access it and still the line was long for the tour and the ticket seller said I was taking a risk because many had made their purchase before coming and that I was on the site for 2h15 minutes
